Waterfront, easy parking, friendly and helpful staff

The property is in perfect location. The view was outstanding. But the room, carpet and wall decor are all old. The smell is old. Also, there's not even a microwave. The restaurant is uninviting.

Our early check in was convenient. Also they cleaned our room again when we went to dinner.

My day was wonderful. We had a beautiful view. The room was clean and nice all the towels were there. Only problem I had was the AC didn’t work very well, so the rooms were kinda hot.

We smell mold all night in both room and there was no sheet in one of the bed and blanket was dirty

Good place to stay

Hotel .com with Expedia pictures do no match with correct information. There are no walk in showers like pictures. Our room only had 1 bed not 2 that’s usually costing more which I will call this morning to find out. The balcony is a step out in two sides but at least you’re seeing the view. I also believe it was part lower counter and the dorm style fridge didn’t keep drinks cold but they offer free ice. Suites are big ands roomy.

The staff were very nice. My family was happy with the stay.

Front desk assured me my booking was updated, and then have no idea what's going on upon my arrival. After speaking with a supervisor, I was assured again. Now I have a bill for the wrong dates. No one seems to know what is going on here. Also the area around the parking lot was wet and slippery and I almost fell.

Perfect!

This has to be the worst Hilton, and one of the worst hotels, that I have stayed in. Worn out, horrible condition, room was old, tattered, and felt dirty even though I am sure the maids come daily. It was so bad that I could barely sleep worrying that the room might have bed bugs.

Excellent experience!

The facilities are in need of remodel, the bathtub was rusty and the water handle was so hard to use. Peeling paint and dirty carpets. Not what I expected from a Hilton.

Not impressed with integration to the Expedia App. This trip did not show up on my expedia account.
