Bathroom in bad shape

A wonderful stay

The pet fee should be disclosed. We paid $75 for one night which increased our cost to $250 for one night. This is very high for the accomodation.

Everything was okay except for check in. The desk clerk was having some issue with my checkin because it was a hotels.com reservation. She finally asked me to have a seat and wait since she needed to call for help with my reservation. I waited for over 30 minutes while she checked in several other parties. They just kept coming and she was the only one manning the desk. She finally was able to get back with me and started the whole process over. This time it appeared to go okay but when my husband went to buy a soda much later that night the new person at the desk told him they were still trying to process the hotels.com payment.He said to check back at desk before we departed. At checkout the new desk agent told me they were still working on it but it wasn’t our fault- we had paid hotels.com. All the agents we dealt with were extremely nice ( including the first one who was very apologetic and appreciative of our patience.)

Amazing night staff even though they were understaffed for the cheerleading event going on but those girls rocked it all by themselves!

Friendly front desk Clean

This was actually my third choice due to price. It was well worth every cent. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Everyone i came in contact with was super helpful and courteous. The room was perfect and smelled so nice. We used the pool and it was very clean. The breakfast options were delicious. If I need a room in Hopkinsville again. I will do my best to be a repeat customer. Thanks to everyone that made my trip so enjoyable!

Staff was pleasant!

Staff was great, friendly, kind, very upbeat and positive.

The hotel was very new and had a lot of modern features. It had a very classy appeal. The only thing I didn't like was I didn't get maid service.

This is a clean, new facility with nice rooms, great amenities and good breakfast with friendly service.

The ease of booking

I attended a wedding there..... Staff was best part of stay..... very nice and super helpful. Room was excellant, clean smelled good.

The property itself is not bad at all. The room was clean and comfy. The big issue was that there was no Internet and no TV. I wish this was advertised so I would’ve booked somewhere else. And three dollars for a small bottle of water is a rip off. All other properties I’ve stayed in the past provided bottled water complementary. And when asked the front desk for a discount because there was no Internet or TV. They said they could not discount because it was booked through hotel.com. Just rude!
