Great stay!

Excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient to everything.

We had a very nice stay with our 2!dogs!

Everything was fantastic although the heat didn’t work too well. Maintenance guy in the room on multiple occasion was quite chilly at night.

Lovely property but a bit underwhelmed at the service. The staff was dismissive at times. I rented a room for a business meeting and stayed at the hotel. The hotel meeting staff was a bit rude. Typically when I do a room rental and a room it's acknowledged or there is a perk. I was asked to rate the service during my stay, which I did, they asked for feedback and then never responded. There is also not a full length mirror in the room.

Check in was easy and inviting and the hotel staff was always pleasant. However the lady bartender at District 42 ignored my husband as he stood at the bar to inquire about drinks and menus and proceeded to address another couple that walked up after he, quite pleasantly. The reason for the disregard was quite, however we did have a server greet us and treat us very well.

Great location and excellent amenities make Kimpton the best hotel we have experienced on our many trips to Asheville. Friendly and helpful staff and a great ambiance are only the beginning. Looking forward to a stay very soon.

If you have an electric car they do not have.a charger on their property, even though I was told they did. I ended up driving all around downtown Asheville with the Valet to find one. I ended up having to walk 15 minutes from that charging station back to the hotel Furthermore, our room had a rattling noise outside that kept us up all night The hotel itself is amazing, including the service. Hopefully it was just us who had a bad experience, but that noise was loud enough I am sure other rooms nearby were equally affected.

Stunning hotel to stay, ultra PET friendly. Rooms very modern and well made. Breakfast delicious. Staff super super friendly and helpful.

I would give this location a 5 star but I asked for a coffee maker in my room and the hotel staff agreed to bring me one but never did. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again.
