Staff was very friendly. They let us check in eary. The breakfast was good and fresh even at 9am they were putting fresh food out.

Good hotel close to Sanibel and fort Myers beach. Good rates and friendly staff.

Close to Key West express for our Ferry to Key West

I do not recall the name of the gentlemen at the reception but his service was beyond exceptional, a very friendly and welcoming demeanor. It made me forgot all the negativity about this place I had heard online previously. He didn't hesitate to switch us to a different room to accommodate to our 2 years old's need. we stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast we were offered were simply amazing, wide variety of foods, everything plentiful and fresh. Keep up the good service, our family would love to see you guys again :)

The front desk service was great she was very helpful.

Pet friendly. I received a room with walk in shower since still recovering from surgery. Great area to walk our dog Room and bathroom very clean. Just seems like there was a “dog “ odor in room. Overall great place and very convenient to go to Sanabel and Captiva. Oh and breakfast very good.

Rooms are dirty and musty. No hot water for 3 days. Next to noisy highway. Jacuzzi is broken. Ice machines broken. No printer for computer. Hallways in need of paint. Walkways and stairs decrepit. Not a good location for stores or restaurants. The worst motel ever.

This hotel was recommended to us by a friend- great location minutes to the beach and a great pool. We appreciated the breakfast and the staff was super friendly and kind. The main lobby was crisp and updated, but our room had some signs of wear. Rooms have exterior doors (rather than onto a hallway). I’m ranking it 3 stars overall compared to more flashy places we’ve stayed BUT for the price it was great/as expected and we aren’t people who spend a lot of time in our hotel when traveling- preferring to be out and about.

Nice hotel and location. Customer service and staff, excellent. Check in and Check out experience, friendly and caring, makes you feel welcome.

Convenient location for our trip. Neighborhood seemed safe enough. Clean enough. Did not eat breakfast. Had no interaction with staff.
