Big gap between AC. Room is not warming that well.

Service was bad, breakfast was extremely bad

No heat in the room very in the room i would not stay there no more..

The stay at this place wasn't good at all. The rooms are super old and they barely cleaned. The price is so high for what they offer. The tub was disgusting and when we arrive it was supposed to be clean but we saw hair inside the tub, and it was also plugged. They didn't clean the room, do the bed, change the linen during our stay.

The property was fairly old it smelled old the tub and wall area was very old the pool room was very cold the lobby was very cold it had lots of pit holes in the parking lot I fell in getting out the car my bottom still hurts the rooms are very spacious if they spruced it up like put new carpet down paint and fix the tub in the bathroom and warm the pool area and the water it’ll be great overall it was a good hotel I’ll book again hopefully I don’t fall 😂

El hotel es antiguo y no ha sido remodelado. Uno compra habitación para 5 pero el quinto debe ocupar un sofá cama que mejor no ocupar porque es horrible el dolor de espalda al ser demasiado delgado el colchón y sin una base cómoda.. el desayuno muy poco variado y pobre y sin opciones adicionales por ejemplo sin gluten.

Bathroom has mold on the ceiling and the bathtub needs repairs. Windows don’t have screens which is dangerous, breakfast was gross except the waffles. When asked for extra pillows they had none. Pool hours were horrible. Key pass hardly worked in the door, had to make multiple trips down to have it fixed. There was a lot wrong with the property.

Negativ: Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Teppiche im Zimmer gerissen, Möbel, Badezimmer alles stark abgenutzt. Es gibt keine Zentralheizung. Zusatzheizung in den Zimmern sind sehr schwach und sehr laut. Mit Heizung kann Mann vor Lärm nicht schlafen, ohne friert Mann da nichts gedämmt ist. Es sind nur dünne Sommerdecken verfügbar. Früstück gibt es jeden Tag das selbe. Für den Start in den Tag ganz ok aber sehr monoton. Positiv: Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Kostenlosen Kaffee und Wasser gibt es immer in der Lobby. Perfekte Anbindung nach New York mit dem Bus der in 10 min Takt vor der Türe wegfährt. Es war ganz ok aber nochmal würden wir dieses Hotel nicht nehmen.

Eravamo in tre (2 adulti + 1 quindicenne) nella camera che avrebbe dovuto avere una porta tra camera da letto e soggiorno, motivo per cui ho scelto questo albergo, così com'era fotografata. Sono andata subito in reception per comunicarlo e mi è stato detto che non era colpa loro e che nell'albergo non esisteva nessuna camera da letto con porta divisoria - il receptionist ha dato la colpa a Hotels.com, dicendo che fosse pubblicità ingannevole. Il divano letto dove ha dormito mia figlia aveva lo schienale sporchissimo ed era scomodissimo. Ho dovuto mettere asciugamani e lenzuola per coprirlo, perché non è stato mai pulito.

Phone didn't work in room to call for sheets for sofa bed. Had to wait around 10 minutes at front desk for them to find some. WiFi was spotty at best. Door to the room looks like it's been busted in many times in the past.

Otel cok eski ve pis. Havuz, spor salonu, calisma odalari kapali. Kahvaltisi cok kotu. Kahve bile su gibi. Acil bu otelin kapatilmasi gerek. Gerekli tum yasal yerlere ulkeme donunce basvuru yapacagim.

This hotel does not tell the full truth with their photos. It’s dingy, and seems like nothing has been replaced or repaired in 30 years. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful, but the rooms and the hotel in general feels dirty and old. The stucco is peeling off the outside walls, and faucets are falling off sinks, and everything is broken or in need of updating. I would not stay here again.

The staff here was kind and helpful. The building isn’t the newest, but it’s clean. Some of the other reviews had me questioning if it’d be super run down, and I didn’t feel that it was. My room was clean.
