This property is undergoing some major renovations and had issues related to the same. I did change rooms a couple of times due to construction issues. However, the staff were always helpful. I have no issues with this property. Undergoing improvements while challenging result in a better stay for customers. Because the staff are always willing to help I will stay with them again and any time I have need. I recommend this property and think anyone would enjoy. I do look forward to all improvements being done. Thank you LaQuinta Inn for a good stay.

During check-in, the hotel looked and smelled extra clean, and the guys at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming! We were very impressed by this hotel. It’s not a five star hotel but we would definitely stay here again.

The people are fantastic. The breakfast is good. The rooms very nice. They are still doing some renovations and a few TV channels will not populate. Overall it is a fine place to stay.

Room was nice. Bathroom wasn’t. Old tubs, water streaks on the floor, toilet seat bad. All in all, a pleasant stay.

I liked the ammineties but would like later checkout times. I would recomment this stay to others

Stayed in 2 rooms for one night during a family trip. Did not have conjoining rooms available, however did put our rooms as close as possible. Check in went smoothly, however the gentleman could have been more informative. Was given my key cards and when I asked how to get to the rooms was told "you take a left and they are right down the hall." I soon realized this hotel was much bigger than I originally thought. We did not use a luggage cart and our rooms ended up being all the way at the other side of the hotel. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, stains on the bedding in one room. Holes in one of the walls and something smeared on another. The kids enjoyed the pool although it was entirely to cold for my preference. Beds and pillows were not great, however breakfast was amazing. Nice variety of hot and cold options with a spacious dining area. Seemed to be in a kind of run down location with alot of garbage in the back of the building and although there were restaurants directly across the street, you have to go out and around to get to them (8 minutes to drive to the Dennys directly across the street). Had I not had the family with me it would have been more convenient to just run across the street. Overall it was a decent hotel for the price, not a bad place for a single night, but I would not want to spend multiple days here.

Used coffee cup in the room, used towel in the bathroom, dirty sink in general the hotel was very dirty.

I had a issue during my stay which caused some inconvience. For some reason I had to head to the front desk every day to have the staff reprogram my key card. I would routinely head back to my room and my card would not work. I have never encountered this in my travels with any other hotels Other than this the stay was reasonable for the price.

Great property easy to get to very close to the campus. Breakfast was very good..

Wont be a 4th- I've stayed there a few times- was great. Not this time. ●I requested extra pillows (back problems) didnt get any- called front desk-he told me they didn't have any & housekeeping didn't leave him any to give me... I put written request over 24hr prior to arrival - should have been in room already...but if housekeeping didn't leave him any he should have found a way to get some (closet/dresser didn't even have 1 extra) ●INTRUSIVE ENTRY by housekeeping!- I paid extra for 2pm check out (vet apt). Evening prior the front desk person confirmed that -and that I had my CAT w/ me, that housekeeping wouldn't be coming bc of cat & bc my checkout wasn't until 2! Luckily I had the flip bar lock thing locked- at 11 a.m. housekeeping people attempted to enter- (waking me up after a noisy, loud night) i had to explain s few times (through the door they had cracked open) that I wasn't checking out until 2 and to go away!! If I didn't have that flip bar lock locked--would have woke up to them standing at foot of the bed w/ the door wide open scaring & letting out my cat! "No thanks, Come back later" should have been enough-- Wasnt - they kept it cracked & I had to explain few times/ways I'm not checking out until 2, i have my cat, (go away) ● Noisy AF all night.loud hallway, random loud things ●fridge making weird noises entire time-stop for few min & resume- sounded like pigeons inside the wall. ●general creepy uneasiness in the night- cat felt it too- was weird in the night.

This is a 2-star hotel with 3-star rooms. The room looked great. The gym and pool are decent and will get the job done. The hot tub looked clean and was in service the whole time. The lobby is dated but huge, with lots of space for work and meetings. It's massive. The breakfast is a typical 2-star hotel with economy eggs and meat. There is yogurt and hard-boiled eggs to get you through if you are picky. The coffee is good enough, and the cups are great. The guy checking me in was super accommodating, and everyone who works there is professional. The crew is top-notch. Waffle House and Denny's are within walking distance if you need them.
