The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located with the FreeMallRide Bus (from the union station to the end of the Mall) stopping right next door, and the 16th Street Mall can be reached without crossing the street. Compared to the hotel's rating, the hotel has a lot of space, including a sofa in the lobby and a library in the basement. It is an environment where you can work or have a small meeting outside of your own room. A restaurant/bar accessible from the lobby. A cafe just outside the entrance. The dining environment is also well-developed for the size of the hotel, such as the following The elevator was broken for a few hours during my stay, so I have downgraded the score for facilities, but I hope it has been repaired.

Rooms: Very clean and comfortable rooms, plenty of space. The showers and toilets are also clean and spacious enough. The altitude is high and the air is dry in this town, but the air conditioning in the rooms can be finely adjusted to keep you comfortable. Location and Directions: It is a 5 minute straight walk from the Colorado Convention Center on a single street. It is very conveniently located. It is also one block from 16th Street, so shopping and dining are no problem. It is a 10 minute walk from Union Station. If you take the FreeMallRide Bus from Union Station to the hotel, get off at "17th St & Champa St" during the period when 16th Street is under construction, and it will stop right in front of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner: There is a restaurant/bar "Harry's" on the ground floor of the hotel. It is accessible from the lobby. If you want to grab a quick coffee or breakfast, there is also a café called "Fluid Coffee Bar". The cafe is in the same building, but just outside the door. Other Facilities: Free Coffee and tea are available in the lobby both in the morning and in the evening. The library in the basement is also freely available for work and small meetings. There are three elevators, but only one of them is working, so we had to wait for a while. I think that is the only drawback.

This is not a review of the hotel, but of hotels.com customer service Once resolved I’ll give the hotel 5 stars for their great customer service Booked the hotel, bought the travel protection but my pregnant wife wasn’t feeling up to traveling so I called to cancel. They said they would have to reach out to the hotel that night. I reach out the hotel and they said it should be no problem. Two days later. Hotels.com said they denied my request yet as you can see with the attached screenshots. I was in communication with the hotel and they said that no one from Hotels.com or their subsidiaries reached out to them. I would seriously recommend booking through the hotel directly for a better price and cancellation policy

Stayed in a suite- beautiful building and well decorated rooms with a great view of the buildings in downtown. The restaurant Harry’s was delicious and had excellent fare. The milk and cookies was a fun touch, and appreciated that it was connected to a convenient parking garage.

Easy to find. Comfortable bed and good food in restaurant.

The staff is very nice. The room felt pretty dingy and older. The shower and sink both didn’t drain well and the caulking in the shower was pretty dirty and ugly. Also, the parking garage is very uncomfortable and doesn’t feel safe. If you self park you wind out into an extremely filthy and sketchy feeling alley. Valet is $60/night which feels extreme for this level of hotel.

Very nice room and facilities, the front desk staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in a convenient area with easy access to many attractions and food options. The only, minor complaint, is that the restaurant credit provided by the front desk could not be used for room service; however, the food we ordered for room service was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

Large room, great location and lovely!!

I still can’t believe how great my stay was for the price… The Magnolia hotel is one the more affordable Marriott hotels and our room with the fireplace and downtown city views were amazing. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. Our suite was spacious and housekeeping came daily. I will definitely stay again
