The hotel is convenient to the highway. The restaurant is excellent. Nice to have the free coffee in the morning. The staff are all very nice and friendly. However, it is not walkable to anything.

My trip was enjoyable and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the staff was cheerful, professional, and kind. Definitely would stay again

Room temperature dropped to 65 degrees. I went to call front desk, phone did not work. Called from my cell and was asked to pack up room and go to front desk to get a new room. Fortunately the maintenance tech had better customer service skills than the front desk. He very nicely insisted on going to front desk and getting new room and keys for me. The rooms are run down and not in great shape. The heating issue for this room so not sure why they’d book anyone in that room. Disappointing say!

Everyone was very nice but a few things just weren’t top notch. There were no plastic liners in any of the waste bins in our room. Also, I asked for eggs over hard at breakfast and got runny yolks. No, thank you. I also asked for milk for my tea and by the time I got the milk, the tea water was cold. I also asked for crispy bacon. It was not crispy. Just not what I had hoped for. Everything was clean.

The hotel was situated on a quiet hill surrounded by trees right outside the city, minutes from everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

Hotel was easy to get to. The service was great. Building is a little dated but the meals was fabulous, rooms and bathroom are big and the bed comfortable.

Room had peeling wallpaper, cracked sink, towel hooks falling off door, broken light in bathroom. Asked to switch rooms after check in and was told they were full and nothing could be done. Very disappointing.

The hotel was decent. Upon arrival there was some random stain spots on the mattress topper/fitted sheet. And the other fitted sheet didn’t even fit the mattress but luckily I always bring my own sheets. The shower floor was a little stained, the shelf in the shower was broken, and the toilet paper holder was also broken upon arrival. The WiFi was also kind of slow and would turn off and back on a couple times. Other than those flaws the hotel was fine and the pool and gym were nice.

Our room was on the sunny side and was a bit stuffy, we tried to open the window to bring in cooler air, the window was screwed shut. we then turned on the A/c which started with a shudder and was quite loud when running,we were too tired to ask for a room change otherwise we would have.
The shower head would not switch between modes. plainly Sheraton went cheap on these minor things. a decent location and property otherwise

Beautiful property. Amazing staff from Front Desk to Bar. Housekeeping exceptional. Room was beautiful and made me feel like home. Courtyard was stunning and pool was warm. i really can't say enough good things. It was pricier than other options but totally worth every penny and more.
