The room wasn't bad, but we had a very hard time getting the TV to work, even the person at the front desk couldn't provide any help. It ended up the HDMI cable was not connected, but even once it was, getting to the channel guide was a process. As the evening progressed, it got very noise outside leaving one to wonder what was going on and just how safe was the area we were in.

the guy at the front desk was very rude. they also had poor service I had an emergency I tried to go the office and no one was there I hit tit doorbell button got no response. the next morning I went to get breakfast and no breakfast was available although it clearly says breakfast served from 7am to 10am. I was very disappointed in my stay and would like to be refunded or maybe given a room somewhere else.

Area was not nice. No restaurants to walk to. Nothing in the area except a gas station. Breakfast room had one table. Waffles and packaged muffins. Very disappointed.

It was spacious and clean

Just traveling through and needed a convenient and easy place to stay.

Everything was really nice except for the pillows totally flat and hard to sleep on

Stay was very affordable and the accommodations comfortable and clean. Really appreciate fridge and microwave. Overall a very good pre cruise stay! Check in person was very personable and helpful with restaurant choices.

Spent the night out of town. Mainly needed a place to stay the night. This place was what we needed.

This place is very clean which is most important to me. The bed is firm. There was only 3 pillows. Very flat. Had to double them to use. The ceiling fan was connected to a ceiling light that was separated from it. Turned off the light and no fan. The refrigerator was nice and large. There was only enough coffee to make one cup, not enough! Tv was nice and large! A table was provided with two chairs and a desk.

We stayed a total of 4 nights. A barking dog kept us up 2 ot the nights and we complained about it. Breakfast was a disgrace because of the lack of items on the agenda. Had a cockroach in our room. No bath tub stopper. No tissue. No lotion. On Monday morning, had to wake up the attendant for setting up breakfast. Never anyone at the desk always had to use a call button. No maid service on Sunday. I don't know how it gets such a high rating. I know I will never stay there again.

Only three pillows. Not enough pillows. Train passing in the night time with the horn blowing. Shower curtain was torn. Found a little cockroach.

Not a fan of bullet-proof glass between the customer and staff, I guess there’s a reason? Room was very nice and clean…even provided toothbrushes. Property was very quiet during the night. In the morning it was a different story. We learned how thin the walls were around 7am with people up and moving around in other rooms. Oh, and the train. Didn’t come by very much, but the horn and engine woke us up. Suggestions for property: 1. Ceiling fan is a wonderful amenity, but it only works when light is on. Maybe fix that. 2. Put a hook outside the shower. There’s nowhere to hand the towel or clothing. 3. Maybe a designated place for motorcycles to park that’s not right in front of rooms, if possible.

Everything was good from checkin to check out. They let us checkin early so we could get to a wedding. Room was clean.

I like that it's right by a store but I don't like how it looks like the maintenance people don't know what they are doing. There's chips all over the walls and doors and paint missing. The bed was very loud to have "fun" on and whatknot but all in all, I'll probably go again cause of the price is reasonable
