Shuttle service was very helpful.

Our experience was great! We went the 1st week in December for the Holly Folly and considering the time of year we commented to each other that we would stay here again.

Wonderful in all regards. Location super. Our first time staying on west end and the walk into town center is charming and convenient. Much closer than wed thought. Nice to be up high. Beds very comfortable. Shower very warm. staff very welcoming and efficient. Didnt need the shuttle but it was great knowing its there. Already rebooked for halloween weekend 2025!

Everyone at the Inn was very kind and accommodating. We used the shuttle to get to and from town, and they took us to the ferry for departure. The breakfast is baked every morning, it was delicious! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff checked in with us daily. We will be staying here the next time we go to Provincetown!

Loved the spacious grounds with lots of different seating areas. Pool area also very nice. Continental breakfast was disappointing.

Positives. Staff could not have been more helpful or informative. Shuttle service to and from town was great as parking is not cheap in town. The breakfast choices were quiches one morning and croissant the next, along with cereals and yogurt. Negatives. Our deluxe king was not as pictured and the room had a Very strong mildew smell. In hindsight I should have immediately requested a different room but we were appreciative that the room was ready before promised. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives.

Everything was excellent. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Everyone was very friendly. I loved the breakfast, pool was so nice, and shuttle to town is so convenient. Also, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in!

The location is perfect! It’s close enough to downtown to walk or bike, but far enough to be quiet at night. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean with all the New England charm I look forward to when visiting the cape. Can’t wait to return next year!

The property is beautiful, and the location is great. P-Town is a crowded town, but this property is walkable to commercial street without being too close. Plus, there is a shuttle for those who do not want to make the walk. The pool area was great to relax in at the beginning and end of the day.

We came as a vacation to Provincetown and enjoyed our stay a lot. Everything was easy to booking the hotel and checking in.

Attentive customer service,, landscaping well cared for, rooms immaculate and pool was a beautiful treat.

Price for level of accommodation is not what I expected. The rooms were small. The swimming pool was nice. Proximity to the beach was a plus but it was still a drive. Breakfast was decent. It was still overpriced unfortunately.

Great quiet location. Walkable to everything you could want in Provincetown. The free breakfast was appreciated. Very good service by a friendly staff.
