We typically stay at higher-end hotels, but this time we decided to bring the kids and chose the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our initial room didn't quite meet our expectations in terms of the view, but my wife spoke with the front desk, and they were incredibly accommodating. They quickly moved us to a top-floor, center-stage room with an incredible view—problem solved with such grace and care. The entire staff was delightful, from the morning barista to Belle, who added a personal touch to our experience. The property itself was immaculate, with beautiful grounds and breathtaking sunrise views that felt like a slice of paradise. What really stood out was the intimate, boutique feel of the hotel, something we didn't expect. The staff's attentiveness elevated the experience beyond what we anticipated. This trip was amazing from start to finish, and we’d absolutely stay here again. It’s the perfect spot for a family getaway—gorgeous, welcoming, and memorable in every way. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at the Sheraton. Our checkin was amazing. Comfy bed. Nice amenities. Not only were we able to checkin super early they have a program to let you stay after checkout and give you a hospitality suite to clean up before heading to the airport. We will definitely come back to this property.

The staff was very kind right off the bat. They were kind enough to move us the different side of the hotel due to luau that was taking place for no extra charge. The rooms were very clean and always gave us fresh towels. The rooms were pretty sound proof. The check out was super easy no hidden fees. Highly recommend. Would love to stay here again.
