話題のホテルなので泊まってみました。 隣はスーパーもあるし、治安も良いし プールも綺麗！！ ですが、トータルで考えると高いかな。 1度で充分です。

Amazing property and great location.

Friendly, clean and comfy beds.

I hesitated posting a negative review but I found the service with the manager to be a little off putting. The hotel itself is so so. Very noisy if you’re on the street side (I could hear cars driving all night) and the walls are very thin (I could hear the room next to us partying all night and they weren’t that loud but coming and going all night long. I could hear their conversations. The hotel looks better online than in person. Definitely an Instagram job. It’s an old motel with a quick paint job and some houseplants. The ubiquitous turntable was the only thing missing. Pool is small and crowded. Bathroom is funky as sink is in the main room not in the bathroom. But what was really annoying was after I requested to check out a day earlier (I endured 2 awful nights’ sleep but had to leave town earlier than anticipated) and was given permission by the front desk (all of whom were very nice and friendly), the general manager Gilbert refused to grant me my refund until I groveled and kissed his a**. Very much amateur hour to go along with the amateur hotel. I wouldn’t recommend given the price. It seems very expensive for what it is. I would recommend other hotels in Silver Lake.

Cute hotel. Lovely outdoor space. Yummy breakfast. Nice decor.

Great little property. Love the rooms but they need to fix the bathroom doors (at least the one in 104)--it's way too hard to open and close. Maybe it needs to be oiled? There was leftover food in the fridge when we checked in, and that really grossed me out. Other than that, it's really a nice place and I'll stay again. The restaurant is amazing.

Rooms are well decorated. The bathrooms aren't practical as the sink is out of the toilet and there is no privacy on the bathroom door.

I love this hotel! It is so clean and lovely. We receive such great service.!

This property is a hidden gem. The renovation is beautiful and tasteful. The bar/restaurant was great. Wish I had the recipe for the delicious cucumber and avocado salad. My room was comfortable and nicely furnished. My only complaint was the noise. I could hear other guests moving around in the hallway and the room above me. Not sure if it was noisy guests (so a one-time thing) or just bad insulation which would make it an ongoing problem. I moved from a hotel that was close by but felt less safe and it was well worth the effort and extra expense.

I booked the hotel for four nights, arriving on a Sunday in blistering heat, looking forward to the pool. I arrived to find the max occupancy of 19 pool crammed with 30 or 40 people. Perhaps 100 were in the pool area. These were not guests but day trippers. You could see the water was not really clean and I was told I should wait several hours for it to be shocked. The hotel also skimped on basics: No drawers anywhere, tiny mirror in bathroom and small waste paper baskets in bathroom but none elsewhere AND no stand on which to put one's suitcase---I was told these were only available upon request. Really? Lots of small things....besides hot water took a long time at my end of the building and noisy nighttime deliveries to the next door supermarket. The poor staff had to deal with stupid cheap decisions of the owners/management

Tastefully mid century and subtly luxurious.

Rooms brightly lit and very attractive.

Extremely thin wall, we could hear the room next door’s conversation entirely, really poor insulation. I asked for a fan and they didn’t have. There’s no breakfast and no gym. So essentially a nice hostel with a nice pool and restaurant. In a very convenient area for Silver Lake and exploring that part of LA and close to Griffith observatory. The best thing about this stay was Carlos the valet. Truly fantastic guy!

Great place to stay. We have family nearby.

When I was checking in a woman caught a cockroach in her room. The hotel staff was quick to help her remove it, but not what I wanted to hear upon check-in. They mentioned that it was not safe to park our car on the street in front of the hotel overnight because there have been multiple car break-ins. Wasn't sure if they just wanted me to pay for parking but it worked. I'm from NYC, so the roach and car break-ins didn't phase me and I actually had a pretty nice stay.

Beautiful and cosy room, great pool and restaurant. The pool wasn’t available one morning and we weren't informed in advance.

Overall a good choice for Silver Lake. The bathroom light sensors were a bit jarring at night, and the lack of drinking water (save for the minibar options) are the only real quibbles I have.
