ソンダー アット ハンス パーク

周りの部屋の足音、洗濯機の音など、音の漏れがすごく怖いくらいで休めない。 調理道具はそろっているが、そもそも食材を買ってこないと調理も出来ないわけで、歩ける範囲の周囲にはスーパーなどない。数百メートルの所にちょっとしたコンビニ的な店があるが、食材購入場所としては不十分だった（電子レンジで温めるごはんやカップ麺等、多数の食材を持って行ったので助かった）。車ありきの宿であることを改めて強く感じた。今回、1マイル程の距離にあるフェニックスコンベンションセンターでの学会参加のために宿をとったが、海外旅行者ではレンタカーなどなければ過ごすのは快適とは言い難い。 大きなモニターがあるがケーブルTVにはつながっていないので、自身のパソコンやタブレットをHMDIケーブル（これはあった）につないでネットを見ることになる。 ゴミがたまれば自分で出す（建物の入り口にゴミ出し用のコンテナあり）、タオルやシーツは替えてもらえず、滞在日数が長い方はおそらく、シーツ、バスマット、バスタオルやフェイスタオルを自分で洗うのだろう。全自動式の洗濯機は備えてあるが、日本と海外の仕様は異なっているところもあり、日本から持って行った衣類を安易に米国の全自動洗濯機にかけると衣類にも変化が生じるかもしれない（結局、私は使わなかった）。 自家用車を有する米国の方の逗留には良いかもしれないが、日本のビジネスホテルの方が全く快適だと関じた。

If you like a rock solid bed and tvs not in the room and you have to pay for parking as well this is the place for you. I tried to get a refund for the rest of the stays after my first night due to be super uncomfortable but they refused so they moved me into another room with the same bed. So I put Bolth the comforters on top of the mattress for some cushion.

Booked this specific Sonder for heated pool However it was not heated and we couldn’t use our fob to access the joining building with the hot tub. Chat on the app was inconsistent we’re home form our trip and still waiting to hear why the heater wasn’t working or how to get our fob to work for the hot tub space.

Really enjoyed staying at this location! Building was clean and safe, room was clean, great options for sitting outside and walkable distance to downtown shops and restaurants. More inside signs leading to the Sonder rooms would improve the stay, as the halls all look the same and can be confusing. Overall great place to stay

It was close to downtown Phoenix area with dinning options in walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable.

We really like Sonder’s approach. Our room was excellent but bed couple have been more comfortable. Different check in process than we are used to, but once we found the lockers, it was smooth sailing. I didn’t remember the Locker password, so returning the key fobs were problematic the morning we left. Thankfully, I called the number posted at 4am ( we had a long drive) and I was connected to a real person who helped us get back into our locker to return our key fobs. Price was excellent and I recommend it. Overall, we’d stay at another Sonder.

I loved the ease of check-in and check-out. It was so streamlined and organized, that it does not make sense that all hotels are not set up that way. The location was perfect and allowed me to walk to places of interest after my training. The property itself was well organized and well stocked, however, it was a little worn and could use a good refreshing. Some of the towels had holes, the couch had some material hanging from the bottom, and the rug was curling. I've come to expect this from this type of property after a busy season, and my continued suggestion is simply replace the towels and rug and it will feel like a brand new, luxury place. I was so pleased with my stay and I certainly plan on seeking out more Sonder properties in my future stays. I really appreciated the availability of secure parking, on-site. It really provided me with everything I could want while I was away from my own home.

An interesting experience. You are essentially renting a unit in an apartment building where others live full-time. Overall, the unit was in very good condition, and instructions on entering the property and accessing the room were solid. The only downsides were with the apartment complex itself and the surrounding area -- the area is full of homeless people who make venturing outside the building less than appealing at night. Additionally, the building charges a not insignificant nightly fee for parking in the garage which certainly adds up. I would be happy to stay at a Sonder in the future, but this one probably wouldn't be my first pick.

It was very, clean, nice. Loved it. Check out was confusing. Didn't know where to leave the keys. Called Sonder twice. The first lady didn't give is the correct code. Called again. Got the code. It was fine

Great room! Clean

First of all, the Check-in process is somewhat complicated and the room is decent. But the sheets pillowcases and the blanket cover a hard as newspaper. Then when we get to the parking to me, I just felt scammed and i paid for parking? You only have access to the 1st floor in the basement. You do not have any any access to the 2nd floor and above. Even if you paid for parking, you will get towed. It is not on the signs anywhere. Or on the website that you do not park on the 2nd floor . I paid for parking and parked on the 2nd floor where my room was at. I towed told and my vacation was ruined. They refused to help me in any way. And the tow company they used to tow me was even worse, they wouldn't even give me my rental car back. I fell like i got robbed.

The only issue we had was we had to call to verify because we received a message that said we will receive unit number in 3 days when we booked the day before & the locker number combination wasnt in the messages we had to call to get everything

Lovely place close driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The fridge was really noisy during the whole stay. Good pool and common area with ping pong table. Gym was really good Car park was easy to access and pay for Overall happy as

My room was not coded properly. My code did not work. There was no local assistance. The phone took me to someone far away who could not help me. I had to get another hotel room for my first night. The next day, it took two more phone calls over two hours before a person arrived and solved the problem in 5 min.

I thought the property wasn’t that well kept.

Die Spüle in der Unterlunft war fefekt und drlhalb sollten wir ein neues Appartement bekommen. Wir bekamen einen Zugangscode für das neue Sppartemen, der nicht funktionierte. Missten bleiben da wir erst am nächten Morgen jemanden erreichen konnten. Zwischenzeitlich waren wir im ersten Apartemen abgemeldet, was dann einen Türslarm ausgelöst hat. Nach einem längeren Telefonat, was für uns teuer war konnten wir ins Neue Appartement umziehen. Konnten nun endlich was unternehmen bei 40 Grad, aber sls wir uns dann duschen wollten mussten wir feststellen das die Dusche nicht funktioniert. Für uns war der ganze Aufenthalt nicht angenehm.
