Great location, easy to follow check in and check out instructions, very unique room and stay, with a lot of nice amenities.

Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. If you do Groupon there is a scavenger hunt for Savannah that start is so close to location and was a great way to learn about the city. Highly recommend this establishment!! I’ve never stayed anywhere where they even have laundry detergent for washer.

The apartment was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property was clean, well equipped and in a convenient walkable downtown location. The negatives would be the noise level for sleeping due to the single panel windows and the corner location of a busy tourist area.. earplugs were provided, so the property owners are aware. Stairs could be an issue for young families with strollers and others unable to manage the staircase. Off property parking is expensive. Would I stay again, absolutely..

Unfortunately I stayed in a room that neighbored a room with two barking dogs that howled through the night until past 10pm. Owners left their dogs alone in an unknown room. I know that can’t be helped and it made my experience less enjoyable. I was hoping for a quiet getaway.

Really enjoyed the hotel. The only issue was that the window had a gap which allowed cold air to come in. Was chilly at times. Also the parking garage recommended was terrible! QR code never worked and had to endure 4 rude, unhelpful workers. Won't ever park there again. Terrible, rude people. Not an isolated incident since I came and went and had dealt with 6 different reps. Only two were decent and polite.

Loved the location, we could walk all around historic district. Apartment was as advertised and loved everything about apartment but had a saggy bed.

One big trouble is the Trane A/C thermostat: I’m an engineer, and felt so frustrated that I can’t figure out how to make it work! The temperature was at 76 ~ 77 degrees for 3 days, the thermostat showed it was cooling, but the temperature wasn’t going down at all! One thing I learned from this trip: Never ever buy any Trane A/C!

Stayed at several Sonder properties before. This unit in particular needed some preventative maintenance. We paid for the 3:00pm early check in but was not able to a was the unit until 30 mina after because the access code didn’t work. The bed was sunken in and made it hard to enjoy a good nights rest. The outlet to the WiFi router was hanging off the wall. The wall had scratches on it (next to painting) & the back of the remote was missing.

Communication on whether or not animals were allowed, and their ability to provide a pack and play for our two infants. The room itself was gorgeous and all of the amenities in perfect condition. There was no elevator so getting small infants, and our things up the stairs was difficult. This should be highlighted before booking.

You are right in the mix of Savannah just steps away from Broughton street. Much nicer than any hotel, you could live here....indefinitely. great place !

We were pleasantly surprised at the location and great condition of our apartment. We were right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Walkable to all our activities downtown. We read reviews on noise. We did not have any. Didn’t hear our neighbors. Didn’t hear street noise either. We 100% will look to book here when in Savannah next.

As many have mentioned, noise is the main discomfort here -- not only from the busy fun-loving street below, but also from neighboring apartments next door and coffee shop music below. I was prepared for it and was still surprised by *just* how noisy. Sonder provides a noise machine and ear plugs, and while they helped the main culprit was the bass from music that earplugs don't do much to ward against. That said, this apartment was absolutely charming. High ceilings, good airflow. I loved having a kitchenette and laundry in-unit. I really felt like a Savannah resident, if only for three days. The apartment location was ideal. It is very walkable, just a few minutes down to the river and for a longer stroll, up to Forsyth Park. Perfectly safe and walkable all the way to artsy Starlandia. No problem with finding good eats with the block or two. So many charming squares in easy reach. I used the city's parking structure across the street and it was very reasonable. I would stay here again, especially during mid-week.

Good location except the Starbucks underneath turned on their loud stereo at 4:30 am

The place was lovely, but having to park 2 blocks away and carry lugage down the street and up a large flight of stairs was a poor option. Also stated in the booking that overnight parking in the garage was $20 when it was actually $28. They also have the windows screwed shut which is a fire safety egress hazard.

Das Appartement war super, sauber und perfekt gelegen. Die ganze Prozedur mit der App und der Registrierung dauerte leider etwa zehn Mal so lange wie ein normaler Check-in in einem Hotel. Zudem sind die ganzen Bedingungen welche man bei der App akzeptieren muss um sie zu nutzen, aus meiner Sicht eine Frechheit. Ich hoffendes der Anbieter hier noch nachbessert.

Property is nice but God help you if you get one of the units along Drayron. Holy cow the nonstop noise from the street!

Overall I liked this property. It was quiet, comfortable and well located. Two areas that management needs to address are: no television service (pretty sure batteries in the controller are dead-keep extra batteries), and the base on window by eating table is completely rotted out and unsanitary).

Amazing location right off of Broughton Street. My only complaints are the walls are paper thin (you can hear, feel, and smell everything, including little kids running shaking the apartment and screaming to the food the neighbors were cooking) and there was a drip that changed speed and rhythm inside the wall next to the bed. The bed was very, very soft and felt like mushy memory foam but otherwise it was great.
