Close the property when you are doing major renovations inside and outside!

Property under renovation but it wasn’t too inconvenient. Breakfast was good. Staff at restaurant not very welcoming or friendly. Rooms very nice, modern, clean. Location awesome!! The walk around the resort and the beach within walking distance was everything!! Our room was a balcony view of the resort and the ocean…LOVED it!! Will definitely book again in the summer

Liked staff very nice. did not like being on a floor with students there for a basketball tournament. Running up and down hall at 10.00pm and 1:30pm. Otherwise our stay would have bee great. Also have not received my bill, receipt.

We did not have a very good stay. We were unaware of extensive renovations when we booked. It was extremely hard to haul all of our stuff to a different floor just to get to the lobby. It did not seem safe having the lobby area open but nobody was there due to renovations. A dog barked across the hall from us off and on entire night. Unfortunately the parent would not take it out and we contacted front desk but apparently they could not do anything about the extensive barking. We ended up asking to check out early. They accommodated the request so we were able to leave and go somewhere different. We will not return to this hotel in the future.

My stay in Hilton Head was disappointing. . I never knew hotels put fragrances into the hvac system. My son got terribly ill and never stopped coughing and sneezing all day and night. It was noted on my reservation that I had allergies to dander and feathers. . Also the mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. I was so looking forward to your resort and sadly it ruined my vacation. Toby Ulman 11/3-4 one night stay

Absolutely amazing!!! The resort has 2 restaurants and 2 pools with a hot tub. The resort is under construction right now but that was clear on the wrbsite til April. Nee restaurant and lobby and pool area coming. We loved the 2 fireplaces at night. Any room on the resort side is fine. We had a very large ocean front room And while it probably was one of the best units on the resort, the ocean is so far away because of all of the landscaping that any of the other rooms would have been just perfectly fine. The bike rentals were great and biking on the beach and All over the area was amazing!! We have been to hilton had many times even staying at the omni resort, but we liked this better. Granted there are more hot tubs at the omni. The staff was amazing as well.Super friendlee, we almost felt like we were on a cruise because everyone was from different parts of different countries.And every time they pass you in the hallways.Or anywhere else they would say good morning or good afternoon. We definitely will be coming back. Many of the people that were staying.They have been there multiple times And they will continue to come back..

It was under construction, which we were not aware of when booking. You ate meals in make shift dining rooms - converted guest rooms. Very poor food choices, terrible breakfast. Cold.

This hotel is under total construction. We were not made aware of this before booking. There is no lobby or bar. The “restaurant” was moved to a suite on the second floor. The pool is open but is surrounded by a construction site with constant hammering and workers. They even turned our water off for a full day. I wish I would have been made aware of this.

HEAVY construction. check in staff did not know what they were doing and admitted so. charged wrong cards. truly poor soundproofing between rooms and hallway. NO common out door areas or lobby due to construction.
