Nice hotel.

Great location as long as you have a car. Great access to the bike and walking path along the river. Solid free breakfast. Plenty of snacks available for purchase. Everything was very clean. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel throughout was spotless and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was absolutely lovely and very kind to our dog. We love this hotel and we’ll stay here again in our travels. Thank you.

We stayed for family weekend. We booked at a different hotel that ended up being horrible so we cancelled the second night with them then booked here and we loved it. Lobby was great, breakfast and rooms were great. Room wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped seemed like it hadn’t been swept but after the previous night we were thankful for everything else.

Room was tiny....no microwave, no real closet, there was hair in the shower and on the floor. You could just tell they cheaped out on a lot of things but tried to make it look like they were doing it "responsibly". The fitness room didn't even have disinfecting wipes to clean up after yourself. Was not impressed with what we paid.

I was very impressed with the hotel, my room, and the service. Even in the 97°F heat, our room remained pleasantly cool. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Eugene. This is a keeper!

On a busy street with a homeless camp across the street. Staff was cool though!

During our stay here, staff was helpful and accommodating to the pets. Room clean and very comfortable. Awesome breakfast. Fitness room was above average. Location was quiet area despite near proximity to freeway(s). Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again despite challenges with finding room for 7x14 tandem axle enclosed trailer behind our pickup. They had 2 spots for large vehicles, those were probably more suited for straight truck. Overall score A.

Expensive, for tiny room with bed.The room didn't have a dresser, coffee maker,closet . It was like staying in a closet with a king bed.

Very modern property with nice lounging areas in the lobby. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The property is very well maintained but there are some homeless people living across the street.

Our room was very clean. Great view of the river. Fairly new construction.

The staff was nice the room was good. Just way over priced for area and size of room. Rooms reminded me of a NYC room the inly thing that fits is the bed.....

Check in was timely and easy. The staff was super personable from check in to the check out to the maid staff. Room was comfortable, clean and in amazing condition. Only bummer was no pool for the kids but they made that up by having lots of family activities in the lobby, pool table board games etc. will stay again 100% our go to for the Eugene and Springfield area.

It’s close to everything

Check in was quick and easy. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. No major issues or concerns. Only complaint was that there were not many restaurants open nearby for dinner, but it was the 4th of July so I’m guessing they closed early for the holiday.

The room was okay! The mattress was very nice but bring your own pillows because they are not comfortable and very flat. The hotel was very busy and was pretty loud. We could hear the people above stomping around after midnight and even in the morning. The breakfast in the morning was pretty average and we had to fight a crowd to get food.

We have enjoyed staying at Tru across the USA; however, this location was far from clean. We booked two rooms and asked for them to be connected rooms, they were not. One bathroom appeared to have shavings in it all over the floor. The other bathroom had hair and other items in the shower. The bathrooms were far from clean. I am disappointed by the cleanliness and customer service.
