Amazing experience overall! They surprised us with birthday cake & room deco without even requesting for it! Service was on point and fast, good asian breakfast spread, clean good view pool, well kept modern room! Recommended! Will definitely come back!

Claimed to be 5 stars but the service is really 4 stars and the breakfast buffet likely 3 stars with little variety compared to other 5 star hotels or 4 star hotel. They won't even refill water and will charge yoh for extra bottles of water which only cost vnd5000 or usd 0.3.

It was a fantastic time that I have ever been at Danang city this summer. The food at Bay Capital Danang is awesome, the room is maneficent with great view to the city. The gym is well-equipted with full facilities and the meeting room is state-of-the-art. Very worth the price as the 5-star hotel in town.

So comfortable hotel room especially for business travel. Breakfast also very good. Definitely will come back.

Lần này gia đình mình về nước đã ở 3 ks 5* để trải nghiệm thì mình ưng ý Bay nhất nha. Sạch sẽ, ở ngay trung tâm nhưng rất an tĩnh, nhân viên nhiệt tình dễ thương, đồ ăn ngon,… okla lắm luôn nhưng thua 2 ks 5* khác là không có toilet thông minh 🥲. Nhưng mỗi năm về ĐN mình sẽ vẫn ở Bay nhé.

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên trẻ đẹp, hành lang có nhạc du dương và thơm thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn nữa
