Mình có vài vấn đề 1. Là đặt trước 12 ngày và thanh toán nhưng tới ngày 22 mình tới hà nội được báo là hết phòng và chuyển kháchsạn khác. Tại sao không báo trước 2 hay 3 ngày để còn chuẩn bị, mà đợi tới khi ra tới Hà Nội mới báo 2. là gói mình đặt có ăn sáng, nhưng đổi khách sạn thì lễ tân báo là do vắng khách giảm giá phòng nên không làm buổi sáng được nên nhờ mình thông cảm. 2 Vấn đề trên có 1 điểm chung là đều đặt mình vô thế bị động. không thể ra ý khác được

ผ้าห่มบางมากนึกว่าผ้าปูที่นอนและไม่สะอาด ห้องพักเก่าสกปรกมีเชื้อรา ภายในห้องชำรุดทรุดโทรม พนักงานผู้ชายที่เฝ้านอนกระดิกเท้ากล่าวสวัสดีแย่มากตอนเข้าไปเช็คอิน สรุปแย่มากไม่เหมาะกับราคาที่จ่ายไป เสียความรู้สึก ควรมีการตรวจสอบมาตรฐานของโรงแรมให้ดีกว่านี้ ภาพที่ลงในแอปไม่ตรงกับสภาพจริงของที่พักเลย แคบมากๆ

It can b improved that the signboard of the hotel should b more obvious. The first day I went, I just can't find the hotel. I feel that it is not sincere when they offer a ride for me to the airport. As they offer me with usd18 until the end make a deal with usd 10. But overall the hotel is clean.

Khách sạn khu phố cổ, gần trung tâm. Lối vào hơi nhỏ và do là phố rửa xe nên khá ồn. Và buổi tối trước cửa hàng xóm cột chó trước khách sản nên sủa ồn ào khá khó chịu. Bữa sáng ít có sự lựa chọn. Nhân viên vui vẻ. Phòng rất nhỏ. Nhưng có thể chấp nhận được

The room was clean, it was suitable for three of us. I like them, the staff was friendly too. I really thankyou for that and the breakfast was awsome especially the banaThe staff is so friendly, coffee tastes good. They can lend you sajadah, hair dryer, etc with no charge.na pancake. Nice.

Great hotel with extra clean room, nice and kind receptionist. They can speak english fluently. Breakfast foods were good and delicious. Big and comfort bed. We stayed there for 2 nights. We'll stay there for next trip. Tks Hanoi Holiday Center Hotel.
