The TV wasn't working when I checked in. It took a worker 20 minutes to fix it. The bathroom door was broken. It took the same worker 20 more minutes to fix it. (The worker was great).The TV stopped working the next day. The shower was the most annoying experiences I've ever had in a shower. One shower head was on the side, the other directly over you. Two knobs to try to control them. It was all too complicated and confusing. I don't need two shower heads and two knobs. Please keep it simple. I don't need a bathroom sliding door. A regular hinged door will do. The TV was so technologically complicated that that's what led to it being so difficult to operate. Some of this new cutting edge innovation just makes things worse.

Great stay, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle busses were always on time if you were visiting the parks. It’s my second time staying at the AC and both stays were exceptional. would definitely recommend and stay again.

The service was excellent and the hotel is nice and clean but if you’re a light sleeper don’t bother because you’ll hear the extremely loud road noise the entire time…kept us up all night:( Also the furnace comes on and off and sounds like a jet plane taking off.
