It's clean and noce but a little old

Stay was fine. Manager super nice. We bagged our trash, kept the room as tidy as possible. Hotel never refunded the $100 deposit for incidentals. No explanation as to why.

Nice location, close to shopping.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Great amenities-hot tub and pool open 5a-11p! Staff was kind, very helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Great location and very reasonably priced for the quality of stay.

The room was a big disappointment. The bath tub was unsafe. It was unbalanced. It had bumps that made it unsturdy. The toilet bowl lit was cracked and the handle was under the lit. We cut our finger trying to flush. After that we lifted it each time. The toilet bowl kept running unless we jiggled handle. The water pressure in sink was too powerful. Everything around area got soaked. The bathroom sink was clogged and water wouldn’t go down. No lighting in the parking lot.

Bien. No tengo quejas del lugar más que uno d esos elevadores estuvo dañado. Solo me quedé dos noches por lo que espero se arregle pronto y no sea algo que siempre suceda.

Woman who checked us in was very nice and personable. Room was clean. Just seemed a bit dated, smelt a bit musty when we first checked in but after turning on the fan it was better. Cracks in the sink and tub, i had to screw on the shower head because it wasnt on tight and was spraying water all over the bathroom, shower curtain didnt fit well, made it hard to keep water in the tub and not on the floor. This would not stop me from going back. Oh and the pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was awesome!

Had tough time sleeping, occupants next door extremely loud early morning hours 330 am to 530 am., woke me and my grandson.

I thought the hotel was expensive for its value. Yes, it had a pool inside and out with a restaurant onsite. There was a made to order breakfast which was the best part. The hotel is clean. This is a building that needs a revamping as I’m sure in the 90’s it was wonderful. However, it’s not very modern and the smell of smoke from cigarette can be smelled throughout especially in the rooms. This was just too bad!

The staff was hands down the best part of the stay. They were courteous, attentive, and always looked willing to help. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and property was well maintained. The room was clean and spacious. Only downside for our specific room was the bathtub floor felt like sandpaper and the sides seemed to be caving in so unless the shampoos and things were place at a specific angle, they would slide into the bathtub. But the bathroom was clean and we got fresh towels every day.

Loved the pools. The bedding was stained and the beautiful breakfast they advertise was not actually what is offered.

Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Canobie Lake Park.

The place is clean and has a great location.

The hotel rooms were very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The indoor pool needs a major facelift, the pool water was not the cleanest and the room is very depressing. The outdoor pool area is gorgeous, but the water temperature is freezing cold.

Is not the only hotel that i have stayed, but i have a big problem with the AC/ heat unit, and like i said js not the only hotel, but the AC units are a bit to loud when the room gets to the right temp. I know is not an easy fix but going forward all hotels that have does AC units should look for a better quiet ac units. Thanks
