スタッフの対応が良く、川沿いに建つ素敵はホテルですが、部屋がリバービューかどうかで大きく評価が変わると思います。リバービューでなければ、価格ほどの価値はないように思います。全体の中でも多くの部屋がリバービューではありません。空いている時ならリバービューを優先して使用するのでしょうが、クリスマスシーズンだったのでリバービューではありませんでした。

ロビー、室内、建物外観も含めたホテルの作りはよく、ダウンタウンに近いながら、リゾート気分を味わえた。 割引料金だったせいか、残念ながら窓は建物に面していた。 ポートランドのダウンタウンに近く、各種公共交通へのアクセスが良く便利でした。

ベッドが、とても気持ち良く、ゆっくり眠れました。 思わず、ベッドのブランドを聞いてしまう位、マットレスからシーツ、枕、すべて、素晴らしいものでした。 ヨットハーバーの景色、食事も美味しく、スタッフの方々の笑顔も申し分ありません。 さすが、ポートランドに住む方々の推薦するホテルだな、と思いました。

Service coffee would disappear after morning time. I want this to be there all the time. Every staff is very kind and all is smily : ) But I returned to JPN, I realized to forget my hair drier in the room, so I called. Clark said me to give messages to the room-service(tape voice), and I left my e-mail address by voice>_< Can I get a message from the service??? It's not certain.

洗面台の排水溝の流れが悪かった。 シャワーの水圧が少し低かった。 パーキングが31ドルと高い。 公園の敷地内にあるので、朝の7:30までなら無料でパーキングメーターのところに泊めておけるが、台数が少ない。 それ以外は言うことなし。 ダウンタウンにも近く、そして川沿いで落ち着ける。

ロケーションもお部屋の居心地も、そしてレストランの雰囲気、サービスならびにお料理も非常においしく、大満足でした。出発する前に空港からの行き方を聞くために電話した際、’タクシーがベストです’と言われたのですが、実際はシャトルバスのサービスもあったので、そのオプションも言っていただけたらよかったのと、お部屋のシャワーの水圧がもう少し高ければ、と思いました。 ダウンタウンにも歩ける距離でしたし、ストリートカーの乗り場も近く、最高でした。また是非利用したいと思います。

Absolutely loved this place. Quiet, comfortable bedding. The restaurant was great, good service and good food! Definitely returning here next time in Portland

Beautiful place.

I came to visit my daughter. Had a great time went to Mount Hood went to Seattle spent time downtown got a tattoo. Portland was awesome. The accommodations at the whole hotel were amazing.

We had a great stay. It was hard to sleep though due to garbage being dumped or collected at 2:30 AM

II arrived by midnight very tire, the room was dark and not very clean..The hotel Needs a complete update and deep cleaning. Also my room was prepaid and they charge me $31 dollars for “amenities” weird because I did not enjoyed any as I needed to wake up at 5:00 am for my flight! That was really in bad taste to charge me for something I did not enjoyed at all! Very disappointed with Kimpton, they use to be good boutique hotels!

Excellent Bar / Restaurant; loved the Happy Hour. Super Friendly & Efficient staff. Front Desk check-in patient & helpful. Easy to exercise w/ walking trails along the river & bridges

Literally was no hot water available the day I was there. Dead rotting corpse of a bird on windowsill (had been there at least a few weeks), and THOUSANDS of crows in the trees closest to the building making a racket you could hear everywhere until around 8pm, and countless amounts of bird droppings from them each night. I know they don’t control the birds , just saying this so guests are aware of the bird situation in this part of Portland in the winter, you can’t not notice it if you stay. Restaurant and Bar was fine.
