予約されていた部屋が喫煙可で匂いがとてもきつかった｡ 朝食サービスは嬉しいのですが､パン以外食べるものがなかった｡

Great property!

It met my expectations. Low price, a decent place to shower and sleep and within walking distance to NRG. No issues.

It felt like we were hecking into a Motel 6. You can tell the property was old and that only cosmetic changes were made and no substantive ones. We got a call right at our checking time to make sure we were out there. We felt like they wanted to make sure that we were out not one minute longer. They made us feel like were steeling hotel stay time.

My brother and I were in Houston for the Lions game. The location was perfect. We had a 10 minute walk to the stadium and left the rental in the hotel parking lot. The hotel was a good value based on location, amenities and cleanliness.

Walkable distance to NRG don’t have to pay for parking at stadium. Everything was convenient. Breakfast was nearby. Overall convenient stay

It was great other than the fact that room reeked of cigarette smoke

No better place to stay for the money when seeing a Texans game.

Had to request different due to cleanliness of original room.

El barrio se siente inseguro en las noches, cuando llegué había pedazos de pizza sobre la cama.

The rooms are in good condition comfortable beds great shower water pressure. A bit dated but great location to go to a game at NGR. Unfortunately to many homeless folks in the area.

I got to my room and it looked clean. I took off my shoes and socks to get ready to shower and then relax after traveling for many hours. I stepped on a dead cockroach. A COCKROACH!! I grabbed all my stuff and got out of that room. I took the dead roach to the front desk and the guy at the desk laughed. I demanded a refund. He tried to offer me another room but I wasn’t staying there. I had to demand that he call a manager even though it was 11pm and give me a refund. Called Hotels.com and they refused to help me get another room. I was 1000’s of miles from home, it was after 11pm and they refused to help me get a room. Absolutely terrible customer care from HOTELS.com.

Esta muy bien ubicada. Acceso a mucho lugares facilmente. Falta mucha limpieza en algunas areas comunes. Urge una remodelacion. Costo beneficio es caro respecto al servicio, lo compensa un poco con la ubicacion. Huele muy mal. Huele a viejo.

The property is outdated. The carpeting needs to be shampooed.

The only negative is that we killed 2 cockroaches. Other than that the hotel served it purpose.

The only thing that needs attention is that the carpet needs to be clean.

Bed was uncomfortable and pillows way to hard
