UNACCEPTABLE!!! $35 early check in fee, $100-$250 hold in case of damage. Roach infestation-only killed 1, rusted microwave, broken phone, rusted corroded shower fixtures, obviously the hold fee is not being used to repair or replace damages, broken laundry machines, only coffee at the front desk or off property. Wyndham corporate should do site visits if they care about their brand name. The quality, and value was absolutely horrible. Stay elsewhere!

Sink was broken and leaked water when i was using it, more water went to the counter top than into the sink when washing my hands or brushing my teeth. all the electrical outlets were missing panels, and half of them did not hold a cord at all which made charging devices difficult

Fatal, los baños no bajaban, la peste a humedad terrible y habían cucarachas. Para colmo me quejé y no me querían cambiar de habitación.

The room was really clean more than I was expected for the price. Parking area is huge and the area around is very convenient!

The restroom needs a update and clean much better around the toilet was nasty and the out tub was nasty and the handle on the sink was awful and also the pillows not enough of them and awful

It’s a motel not a hotel

I got Bed Bugs from a one night stay at this property do not book a room here. I had a delayed flight and chose to stay because it was close to the airport. I didn't expect much just a clean room to sleep for a few hours. I came home and noticed red itchy bites, my doctor identified as bed bug bites. I'm covered head to toe in them. I am just praying that I didn't bring any home. I am so disgusted.

It was a disappointment the staff was rude not willing to help tried to keep my ID at check out wanted to charge extra money for a couple minutes after check out I gave a gentleman money because he was late checking out the man threatened to call the police just not a place to staygood place

No good room

Just a simple hotel. Beds overly soft. Not enough pillow. Key card kept not working, had to go back and forth to the office. Door wouldn't open at all. Had to have staff come address the problem. When I checked out I was not given a copy of my final charges. Still messaging with the hotel for said copy. No luck yet!

TERRIBLE Me parece que hotels.com debería ser más claro en la información que dan sobre algunos hoteles. Me parece que es importante saber que un hotel no tiene elevadores, o si está al lado de una estación de bomberos. Omitir información es ‘casi’ tan malo como mentir… y el sentimiento que dejan a un cliente no es lindo. El Days Inn by Wyndham Orlando Florida Mala es un hotel de esos donde te estacionas junto a tu habitación. O sea como un motel. Cero apropiado para familias, hay gente fumando en los pasillos, el recepcionista mal encarado, sin uniforme… la habitación amplia, las camas limpias, pero todo el hotel refleja una inseguridad tremenda. Después de bajarnos y bajar equipaje decidimos mo quedarnos y el recepcionista intentó no reembolsarnos absolutamente nada. Después de discutir con el, accedió a devolvernos una noche de las 2 que reservamos, eran dos habitaciones. La habitación que nos dieron NO CERRABA. Es decir, la puerta cerraba pero no con seguro. Quién podría dormir en un lugar con la puerta abierta? Y más rodeados de hombres fumando afuera del cuarto… viajaba yo con mis niñas y puras mujeres. Llegamos de noche cansado al motel este y fue muy desagradable todo. Pésima experiencia.

En la habitacion que nos toco habia varias bombillas que no prendia fui y compre un paquete de 4 y las cambie., la lleve del lavamano aunque funcionaba estaba suelta, movi el mueble del televisor para buscar algo que se cayo al piso y debajo no habian limpiado y estaba sucio, el mar o de la puerta del baño estaba roto, la bañera se veia deteriorada, la cerradura estaba un poco floja y el seguro de adentro de la puerta roto, hacia falta mejores almohadas. Ya en una ocasión habia estado en el hotel para la pandemia y la habitación que me habia tocado no estaba en esas condiciones.
