Thanks for a great stay!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but the beds were as hard as a rock; otherwise I would have rated it a 5 star.

Stay was Ok. Staff was generally friendly, except for a couple exceptions like one of the ladies that attended breakfast, who was very rude. Front desk seemed to be empty most of the time, and there was no answer when I called several times from my room, so had to come down and wait. This is NOT a quiet property where you can rest or work. There is noise ALL the time, so it’s fine if you plan on being out all day because the location is very good, but if you’re looking for a place to rest, look elsewhere. Breakfast was ok, but it’s the exact same thing every day, some fruit options would have been nice.

We arrived at the hotel at 9pm and checked out at 7:30 am. It was good for what we needed it for. Just to sleep.

Would not recommend this property at the price you pay for it. The hotel didn’t have fruits or oats for breakfast. No real butter either to put on bread. The place doesn’t have much around it either where you can walk and go have dinner. Prices hotel for what it provides.

The breakfast bar is very poorly stocked. The elevators keep breaking down the property needs a lot of tlc. Have stayed there several times the past year or so. And it’s a continual down slide.

We enjoyed our stay very satisfied with the hotel and will be coming back soon.

Otima localização para quem vai para Universal. Tem um shuttle que sai do hotel todos os dias. Outros parques tambem ficam a uns 20 minutos de carro, no geral otima localizaçao. Hotel muito bom, com cafe da manha estilo americano. Recomendo

This property was advertised as close to the convention center; it is not. property condition is not that good and needs lots of maintenance, at least the room we were in and the breakfast is not good.

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel. Tolle Ausgangslage für alle Aktivitäten. Sogar der Bus Shuttle zum Universal Studio hat super funktioniert aber man kann auch direkt zum universal Studio zu Fuß. Das Hotel ist sauber die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr geräumig. Mangelhaft war eigentlich nur das Frühstück. Abgesehen davon, dass es ein Continental breakfast war war um 8:00 Uhr schon fast nichts mehr an frischen, da weder Joghurt noch Obst. Dafür war verschiedene Fruchtsäfte Waffel und Spiegel/Rührei vorhanden. Bei Lust und Laune wurde auch mal die Pancake Maschine eingestellt.
