Excellent place for children. Pool ran out of towels the first night we stayed, had to use our room towels. Found it difficult to get new towels for room. Otherwise amazing experience

Well maintained facilities, lots of fun for the kids.

This stay and our stay about 2 weeks ago were almost perfect. We had king suites. We ordered food from the restaurant. We used the pool, slide and hot tub. Everything was perfect. The only problem we had was a hole in the carpet near the sink. I would not change a thing about this stay and will go back when I visit family again.

We had a great stay this year visiting family who were also booked in here. That was handy for us all. Comfortable room and beds. I loved the balcony view down onto the atrium. Excellent service and food at the restaurant Also, very pleasant helpful cleaning staff. One staff member noticed we were wondering between ourselves where our room was and pointed us in the right direction! Nice of her to do that ! We'll be back next year.

This is my favorite Best Western hotel, my husband before he passed away always booked this hotel. He felt like he was in Florida, my daughter and her 4 children live in London Ontario so when I come to London to see them I always book the The Best Western lamplighter and book either room 217 or 219 in honor of my husband. My grandchildren came to visit me and they love your pool, so warm and lots of swimming space. I was dissapointed the waterslide wasn't open this time. But next time I hope it will be open for them to use.

Check in staff clearly disapproved of “third party bookings” such as Hotels.com. We had asked for connecting rooms. They gave us rooms in two different buildings. The manager was able to fix after 15 minutes or so. Walls were very thin- much pounding of little feet and screams of joy into the night. Beds were hard, but pillows great: two thicknesses. The pool was busy, but it was lovely to have a swim. Hot tub was full of small children - some in their swimming diapers.

Location was excellent..

This hotel has a fantastic pool and water slide but the rooms and gathering spaces are tired and in need of updating. Eg. New carpet and paint.

Property was dirty and rooms were not ready at check in due to lack of clean bedding

Every stay has been excellent. Decent condition, decent people and location. Everything in working order. We enjoyed our stay.

At check-in, I was given the wrong room and had to go back to the front desk to have it fixed. Another staff member corrected it, but the person who made the mistake didn’t even apologize. The pool and water slides were good, but overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Two queen beef rooms are horrible and the bathroom is very poorly designed

Room was as expected, nothing fancy but comfortable. The shower could have a better flow, and the plug in the tub did not work well. The restaurant was understaffed and this became an issue as the two children were hungry and breakfast took about an hour to arrive. The available staff were trying their best. The pool temp was a bit lower then I liked, but the hot tub was perfect.
