総合評価とレビュー The Chamberlain Hotel

窓からの景色は望めませんでしたが清掃はきっちりなされ、朝食は美味しく、とてもよいホテルでした。 歯一本分の部分入れ歯をグラスの中に置き忘れてしまい、外から見てもわからないので捨てられてしまうことを覚悟しましたが、気がついてくれて保管しておいてくれました。 スタッフがとても優秀だと思います。

部屋が良かったてす

朝食が美味しかった。 お好みで焼いてくれる目玉焼きがいつもパーフェクト。ビュッフェのパストラミなども美味しかったし、ヨーグルト用のコンポートが甘過ぎず美味しかったのはそのために次も泊まりたいほど。部屋のコーヒー、紅茶、水の補充もあって有り難かった。

騒がしい場所にあってもこじんまりとした部屋は静か。時々隣の部屋の音が聞こえるが滞在中はさほど気にならなかった。ダブルの部屋はバスタブがある部屋もある。朝食はリストから選んで調理してもらうか、シリアル、サンドイッチを作れる程度のブッフェもある。暖房が効くまでに時間がかかるのが難点だが、概ね満足。

何度もロンドンには訪れていますがこのエリアでの宿泊は初めてです。このホテルは以前から泊まってみたいなと思っていましたが結局いつも中心地よりのホテルを選んでいました。 今回の宿泊は大満足でした。エリアもすごく良い。近くに雰囲気のいいパブがたくさんあり楽しい。地下鉄に乗ってしまえば中心地もすぐなので全く不便ではない。このホテルでも食事しましたが美味しい。冷蔵庫の無料お水と自社ビール！もすごく嬉しい。 また一番好きだなと感じたのがスタッフの対応の良さと過剰なサービスがないところ。豪華なホテルだと荷物を運んでくれチップ渡すかと無駄に悩んだりしますがそれがないのがいい。それでいてフレンドリー。 部屋もそれほど豪華とは言えないかもしれないがロンドンで十分な広さ(スーペリアキング？28m2に宿泊)、ちゃんと清潔。あと静か！！！壁が薄いホテルや外の音がうるさいホテルが嫌なのですが、とっても静かで熟睡できました。 ホテル代高いロンドンでコスパ最高。お気に入りのホテルになりました。

部屋がきれいに清潔され、部屋も広く小家電も全て揃っており快適でした。ひとつだけ気になる点は、洗面所の水がシャワーで使用すると衣服に掛かってしまう。

改装中だったので、見たのはフロント、通路、客室のみですが、良い印象を持ちました。とても便利な場所にあるので、宿泊費もそれなりに高いですが、悪くないと思います。

美味しい誤算をさせてくれるホテルです。 このホテルはFuller'sグループという現地のビール醸造グループが運営しており、１階のPUBはビールも料理だけでなく朝ごはんが美味しいです。 それに加え、ホテルの部屋も、浴槽はないものの水まわりやベットは清潔で過ごしやすく、一週間過ごしましたが、ホテル疲れすることなく快適に過ごせました。受付や清掃等、ホテルの従業員さんのサービスも素晴らしい。 いろいろ良いホテルですが、兎にも角にもご飯が美味しいです。 朝ごはんならエッグベネディクトロイヤル、夜ならサンデーローストやフィッシュ&チップスはまた食べたい。 今度もしロンドンに行くことになったら、またこのホテルに泊まろうと思います。

We didn't like the hotel even though we stayed here a few years ago and it was ok. The first room we got on the ground floor with a view of the outside staircase with a mess and the room was noisy and vibrated due to the passing subway every 5 minutes, we asked for a change of room, it was a better room, it was clean, but the bathroom was dirty and unmaintained. For the price you pay in London this hotel is a joke. Breakfast is served in a strange and chaotic way.

Hôtel So British. Accueil excellent, le bar de l’hôtel est top et les chambres sont très confortables. Petit déjeuner complet.

Smell of sewage in our rather shabby room

Absolutely great location. Had a small issue with the toilet not flushing but by time we were back from breakfast it was fixed Staff really polite and breakfast was superb. Some great bars near hotel as well, only 5 min walk to Tower Hill Station. Highly recommend the hotel and location. Definitely be back.

Room dated large bath side to step over for shower bed very comfy 2 4 1 cocktails advertised but not available when asked nice breakfast

Good location. Rooms are out dated with a old carpet smell and nothing eco friendly as water leak from the bathroom tap.

Staying at the chamberlain hotel.the staff are very good.very polite and helpful room is very clean breakfast, excellent good choice. Only minor. Detail was the carpet in our room. Was a little threadbare. And slight rust on taps in bathroom. Apart from that, stay was excellent, will use again.

A huge thanks for the flexibility when 3 out of 5 in our family ended up with food poisioning - not from at Chamberlains.

Excellent stay in a lovely hotel close to Aldgate and Tower Hill tube for great connections. Great service from reception to the bar and restaurant. Breakfast was lovely. Room was fantastic (Deluxe Double). Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful full hot breakfast with all the fixens. Excellent location a couple minutes walk from Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Aldgate East Underground station. Nice clean rooms with tea, and coffee and a little chocolate.

It was an amazing and more comfortable room, but feather duvets (shortness of breath) Should be form duvets. It is hard to sleep when the bright lights from the door, do not black out. Fantastic breakfast

Nice hotel picked for location, it was convenient for where we were going on this trip. A couple of underground stations nearby also helped. The hotel was clean, had a nice bar, the breakfast was very nice and the staff friendly and attentive. The room was sizeable, clean with a nice size bathroom as well. All very nice a would definitely stay here again.
