私が泊まった部屋の隣にクラブのような店があり、夜になると大音量でロック音楽の演奏が始まり眠れませんでした。部屋に入った時に耳栓が置いてあり、なに？と思ったけど。部屋の変更を申し入れたが、耳栓すれば大丈夫だとけんもほろろに断られた。

Comfortable and warm room. Well appointed bathroom cubicle with excellent shower. Staff on welcome desk helpful and polite. Convenient carparking.

I really enjoyed my stay. In terms of toiletries there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staffs were really nice I was also able to keep my luggage with them after checkout.

Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were nice too.

Great stay again, allowed to check in early at no extra charge also. Great staff.

Good location, near the city centre and station. Free parking. Friendly staff. Room was an ok size but the bathroom was small. Unfortunately the room was noisy, didn’t seem like the window was sealed properly so could hear lots of noise from the bars nearby, despite using the earplugs provided.

Decent hotel close to station. Basic but clean room with comfy bed and not too noisy. Didn’t manage to stay for breakfast so don’t know what that was like. Helpful that reception was open 24 hours as needed late check in.

Great location in the hub of Carlisle

Good location near the train station and high street. We booked here because they said they had laundry facilities but this was not the case. They only sent out laundry to be done and this had to be done before noon and was a 24 hour service.

Dirty towel marks on it so had to share my husbands as there was no one about to complain to, I would expect to be able to have a coffee when I arrive and one in morning but unfortunately 1 drink each and to pay £75 I would expect that

The Tv didnt work, kettle broken. Mattress was dirty ad worn. Basic facilities

Nice central hotel, and got checked in early as soon as we got there.

Check in was fine, except they forgot to tell me the TV's in the hotel were not working.

Good clean room, good shower, quiet, and only a short walk from the station. 5/5
