Pool was fun for kids, not much for the adults.

When I came the Toilet is dirty with yellow stain that needed to flush the toilet. So far that’s all

Everything is great. The only thing is that the water in the pool was cool in the morning and the yogurts for breakfast were finished and there were not enough yogurts for the hotel guests.

If i could put 0 starts i would. Read till the end. Breakfast was horrible. Not enough food supply at 8:30 !! Wanted cream cheese for bagels on first day and there was no more, wanted a bagel at 9:50 the next day said no because they were kept for the next day or else they wouldnt have enough. Staff held my kid and told me there was too many people she cant be standing there. Next day I kept them in the room and went down to get them breakfast so they would eat , that staff stayed there looking at me telling me im not aloud to take yogurts and save them for later and that theyre only for breakfast. Told her how because of her theyre staying up in the room and it was for them. Got in several arguments with staff and very bad customer service. Do not recommend to anyone Onlyyyyy good thing was the pool for kids

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l'hôtel. C'est super bien aitué, a proximité de tout, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propre. La piscine est vrm cool pour les enfants. Les petits déjeuners sont parfait. Merci pour ce beaux séjours en famille.

Very nice hotel, basic and what we needed. The kids love the pool but it's cold!

Awesome property for families visiting Quebec City. Pool and hot tub provided hours of fun and room was fine. Only downside was that housekeeping was only once per 3 days but towels were available on demand

Let’s start with the cons 1. Very small restaurant for such a hotel and number of guests. 2. Very poor, low-budget breakfast. On the third day of our stay even eggs were finished... 3. Pool only for children (max.1.5m). Plus the slide that goes into this pool does not give a chance to swim in it. 4. In the gym are 2 old bikes and 2 running tracks. Now for the pros: Very comfortable mattresses on the beds. In the room everything is standard for such a hotel. All more or less new. Bed and towels white and clean. Bathroom and toilet are clean too. Service works well!

Proposition de base; confort et propreté acceptables. La glissade a fait fureur mais les jeux d'eau ne fonctionnaient pas et l'eau était froide pour une piscine interieure. Service aux chambres seulement aux trois jours donc courir après les serviettes et accumuler les déchets. Aucun recyclage proposé dans la chambre. Si le prix est bas, allez-y sinon, ailleurs sera mieux.

Was good enough. Room was clean. Kids were a little sad that the ‘water park fountain’ in the pool area wasnt working.

Trop de clore dans la piscine

Tres bon sejour. L’eau de la piscine etait trop chargee en chlore le premier jour et apres l’avoir signalé le probleme a ete réglé. Le personnel est tres agreable. La chambre etait propre et spacieuse.

Falta de amabilidad de las personas que solo hablan francés

Parfait pour les grande famille, nous avions une chambre avec 3 lits queen. La piscine et la glissoire ont fait le bonheur des enfants!
