The food, location, rooms and atmosphere were really good but the service was so bad. It was 2-hours delay for the check-in process and the staffs didn’t try to do anything except told the customers to waited for that. No compensation. No work-around. They should had a better plan for this situation since they must knew before that how many the customers going to checked-in on that day and then prepared for that but they didn’t. Very bad management!
