The room was small but clean. The housekeeping staff were lovely. But the reception staff were all awful. The woman checking me in was on the phone to her friend the whole time. Rude and unhelpful. She failed to tell me that only one of the lifts goes to the 8th floor so I got stuck and had to come back down and walk to the other lift which is not what you need after a long flight. DON'T BOOK THE AIRPORT PICK UP they left me stranded at Mumbai airport for 30 minutes because the incompetent staff forgot to arrange for a driver to collect me (the whole point of a pick up service). Just book an uber, it's 1/3 of the price too. The reception staff need serious training (not one was friendly or helpful). The room service charges are extortionate so it is better to go out. Tip: There is a small stall down the road which sells water and snacks at a fraction of the overpriced hotel prices. I will not be returning, there are other hotels close to the airport.

Good location near airport with in road to hotel - quiet and ease of dropping / pick up. Rooms are nice - you get what you pay

Nice Facilities Staff and Breakfast

Close to the airport makes it convenient. The elevator for the handicapped is not easily accessible. The hotel management had a confusion about my check in time of after 1:30 a.m. even though I had sent a message to inform them that my flight was arriving after midnight and had asked if there would be any issues but I didn’t receive any reply from the management. During the check in I was going to be charged Rs. 2000 extra for checking in early! Upon showing the staff my note that I had sent to them regarding my checking time, they agreed not to charge me Rs. 2000. It was a little inconvenient but the staff was pleasant about it. The room was clean but there was a very strong air freshener smell in the room but I could still smell the mustiness. The bed was not comfortable at all, it was uneven and the bed frame was creaky. It was ok for one night’s rest. The staff was pleasant.

The staff is extremely rude

I loved how different the building was and the beautiful way it was kept. The staff were delightful and caring. Id like to thank the front desk people Prayonya (sorry if that's spelt wrong) for all her help with transport. Also Alpa and the breakfast staff for always making me feel at home and well fed. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps a smoking area for smokers and maybe add a small fridge to the rooms. But I enjoyed my stay thoroughly and was sad to leave. Thanks again.🙏😊

Closer to Airport

In general was good, but there were a lot of mosquitos. It was quite annoying and we were not able of sleeping. Also there were a couple of thing in the room that were not working like tv and curtains.

Close to airport but bathroom are moldy and not enough ventilation. Hallways need lot of cleaning and work and smells

I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money.

The property was not bad especially for staying 2 nights. The area is a bit noisy and the outside area was dirty. Hotel was basically hidden and not clearly visible from the main road, room maintenance could be better. We did like the apartment style two bedroom option since we were a big family traveling with children. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing extraordinary. But you might get bigger rooms for same price somewhere else
