Clean . Nice breakfast. A very freindly dog greets you on arrival which may not suit everyone.

Lovely hosts; friendly, welcoming and kind. The whole B&B was very clean and we were more than satisfied with our room but, are grateful we opted for the ensuite room (our preference). We had a great breakfast that lasted us until our evening meal. We will most definitely be staying again, we had a wonderful time!

I only had a short stay,but I would definitely rebook.Very clean room with a comfortable bed,a very nice breakfast was served,and Graham was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for Blackpool north train station.

Great location. Rooms a little on the small side but have everything required. Clean & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Very friendly & accomodating host. Excellent value for money.
