Check in was at 4. We arrived at 430 and our room wasn’t ready so instead we received a room that we didn’t book. We spend extra to have a jacuzzi in our room. So after realizing what was happening we went to the front desk to let them know that wasn’t the room we booked. He said he would switch our room but we would have to wait another hour. First off not having our room ready for check in was an inconvenience. Second trying to pull a fast one and give us a different room because ours wasn’t ready is very disrespectful. Third is having to mention to the staff that isn’t the room we booked and having to wait until 6:00 for our room is not acceptable. The staff wasn’t very apologetic and didn’t care to much that we had to wait
Also, it isn’t cheap spending a night there. Breakfast should be continental breakfast.
