There are some points that I want to raise. 1. It took me 45 minutes to process the check in. why? It took 10 mins to print the voucher. after I was asked for an ID and took another 10 mins. Then, they asked for my payment receipt. Kindly enlighten me if I really need to present my receipts if my voucher has been confirmed? This is the first time that a hotel asked me for a receipt. To the hotel, your staff won't allow me to finish the booking if I cannot present the receipt. Question is, what if I lost the receipt? Does my booking will be void and the payment that I made will just vanish on air? 2. Walk-ins were first to check in as compared to me. 3. Staff were rude, especially the front desk. I will never choose that place again. This is the worst branch of this hotel.
