Always the best place to stay I. beijing

very good hotel with modern vives. very nice bar and restaurant. outstanding rooms

Everything was perfect - I was specially impressed by the eagerness of the staff to help us move our luggage and the generosity of the complimentary drinks (a small bottle of port wine and abundant supply of Aqua Panna, beer and soft drinks) and snacks. However, the hotel forgot to refill on our last day. I know the hotel would supply them on request. Our stay was unfortunately disrupted by the strangers knocking on the door twice on the New Year’s Eve and New Year Day. We brought our concerns to the hotel. The hotel staff explained that it was because guests with a room key can access to any floors which became the loophole. The staff also sincerely apologised (though it was more the guests’ fault) and gave us souvenirs as a token of gratitude. I would still recommend this hotel. It was otherwise impeccable if not for the mishaps.

Modern hotel, very clean n quiet, only thing is people intend to smoke inside. Other than that 10/10

Chao was a great 5 star hotel that really made our stay in Beijing. After a day sight seeing it was so relaxing to return to Chao for the evening. The pianist in the restaurant was excellent, food top quality and the breakfast was perfect to begin the day. The staff could not have been more helpful while Athena went above and beyond to help book tickets to the forbidden city. 10 out of 10.

Overraskende bra. God vibe i hippe omgivelser med bra location. Et av de beste hotellene vi som familie har overnattet på. Connection rooms kom som en positiv oberraskelse. Vi booker definitiv dette igjen som familie eller par.

Overall the vibe is very nice. The room is very comfortable. However my biggest gripe is there is no bidet and the water drainage for sink and shower is terrible. And the bathtub for my room is located too far away from the toilet which makes it difficult to go to the tub after showering

Amazing hotel near to Sanlitun shopping center. Clean and big rooms with nice hotel staffs. Well definitely stay again.

What a hidden gem. Having stayed in Beijing many times this hotel was outstanding and will only stay here going forward. The hotel was beautiful, the room’s luxurious, the staff amazing and friendly and as an avid gym goer it also ticked the box. Also on the doorstep to Sanlitun which is a cool area for bars, cafes, restaurants and great shopping. It’s not expensive to stay here and worth every penny.

Walking distance to Sanlitun Beijing, the staff is super courteous, great amenities, overall great hotel.

Very pleasant and unique hotel with artistic taste. A gem. We stayed at Chao 60, spacious with a sofa perfect for kid. Breadfast is the best among all hotels i ever stayed with choice of English/Italian/French/Chinese menu, fresh and delicious. Art books every corner. parking is included. Staff are helpful, prompt very request. Athena is simply the best. She took good care of us during our stay. We will stay again and strongly recommend this hotel to you.
