What we thought would be a nice mid week day before I return back to SA, I booked online on Sunday 06/05 to check in on 09/05, on the Monday I recieved email to send the names of everyone which I did and never recieved anything further. After than I check the booking seeing that it is possible to check in by 1pm. So we reached the property by 1:30pm, when reaching there finding out we need a name and contact person to take us to the unit, after numerous calls to Expedia customer care and about 500peso wasted on calling Expedia by 3pm we found out who our contact person is and we were allowed to wait in the waiting area, 30min later finally the lady Regina arrived and took us to the unit. Once reaching the unit no information was given to us regarding the property, like getting swimming bands etc.. when we wanted to enjoy the pool the line was so long to get wrist bands that we left it in the end. The room was just as disappointing on the website it sales toiletries are included to our suprise nothing was there not even tissue paper.. that’s not even the worst it is sold as 2 king size beds once again one double bed was there and than a flat piece of mattres no even 30cm high from the floor, one extra blanket no pillows nothing, and I booked for 4 people so it’s not like this was last minute addition from the start it was a 4 people booking. But wait it gets worst so the unit is sold like there is everything to cook and eat BUT NO CUTLERY😵
