ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。戦略的な立地によりあらゆる場所に到達できます。食べ物の種類はあまり多くありません。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーですが、夜勤のフロントオフィススタッフが1人います。非常に無愛想です。彼は最年少ですが最も無愛想なので、将来的にはもう一度訓練する必要があります

部屋はとても広くて、お手頃な価格です。ホテルは古い建物のような感じですが、バスルームは新品同様で清潔、お湯もOK、ドライヤーもあり、4つ星以上のホテルのようです。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。ユニバーサルプラグやアイロンも借りることができます:)。

ホテルは古く、ベッドは小さく、枕は固いです。

クイーンベッド。シングルまたはダブルベッド。

Hotel nya lumayan la, uda standart bersih, mase ok cuma pas masuk kamar ada bau yang ngk enak,

Upside: Many public car park lots are available in front of hotel. Parking booth is nearby about 50 m away-convenient to buy parking coupons and made payment. Downside: However, breakfast food is rather limited for quality and quantity. Very friendly counter personnel indeed.

I have stayed here for several times, this time my aircon is broken and I reported it to the receptionist and then they sent technician to my room, & after the inspection they decided to change our room, & they upgrade our room. Thank 's to the lady in front desk we are having a pleasant stay at this hotel.

This hotel location is not in perfect location, & pandungan street is quite busy, you need to consider the time to reach airport on rush hours. This hotel furnitures are not as new as few years ago before covid, but the staff there remain the same, they are very welltrained, polite, & kind to quests. The room quite spacious even not very new. Overall I love to stay here, I have stay there more than 4times, and maybe will comeback again next time.

Single bedny terlalu kecil, kamar agak sempit, tidak ada odol dan sikat gigi, tmptny strategis bersih, kolam renang bukany siang jam 10 waktu kuching, harga bersahabat.

Need to improve central air conditioner system.

Aircond nya panas sekali sehingga tidak bisa tidur

Baguss dan bersih. Recommended bangett buat kalian yang mau kesini.
