中心部のロケーションで、周りのすべてのモール、特に大阪中央駅へのアクセスが簡単なホテルでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。日本の部屋の基準は子供連れの家族には狭いですが、快適な滞在ができました。これまでのところ順調です。また利用します!

私たち家族にとって素晴らしい滞在となり、ロケーションも最高でした。

ロケーションは最高、部屋は清潔。唯一の不満は、このような巨大なホテルにしては洗濯機と乾燥機が少なすぎることと、ランドリーサービスを利用するゲストの無礼な行為を最小限に抑えるために、1 時間の猶予時間を 15 分に短縮すべきだということです。

このホテルは滞在するのに良いので、次回もまた泊まりたいです😍。

For check in, not wast using the machine, make a long qeue so bad. Else than this so good, the location is perfect, a lot of street food, a lot of shopping mall.

Great location next to Osaka station. Newly hotel with nice and clean atmosphere. Hotel provided free coffee and tea also necessary items like comb, toothbrush at the lobby on 9th floor. Very good hotel indeed.

The location is great! You can access it via JR Osaka and there is direct access to the station! Under it there are shopping mall, Yodobashi Camera and Famima. The room was ok, it was a bit packed but still acceptable. The amenities was ok. The staff were not the most helpful one but still accepted because the hotel was very full! It was very crowded at the lobby so if you want to stay be prepared to see or meet a lot of people.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan stasiun Osaka Umeda. Banyak shopping mall, untuk makan banyak di lantai 8, lobby hotel lantai. 9. Untuk awal memang agak membingungkan. Untuk masuk ke lift lobby hotel (lantai 9) bisa via jalur links (sejenis jembatan penyebrangan antar beberapa gedung di sekitar Stasiun Osaka/Umeda (lift lobby lantai2) atau via ground (lantai 1). Lebih mudah via links.

Room is big enough for 2 big luggage. Nice bathroom w bathtub. Toilet come w bigit washing. Housekeeping everyday nice. Locations very convenient. YODABASJI is just next to Hotel, everything 's you can buy.

Well located within walking distance to major shopping malls, JR & subway stations. Fast & simple check-in process via kioks. Recommend their breakfast buffet which has a good spread of japanese dishes. Do go early though to avoid the crowd.
