Ibis Budget Coffs Harbour

Room was dirty. Towels weren’t clean. Bathroom was mouldy and falling apart. And worst of all were the cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting.

Du betaler en fair og billig pris så det er selvfølgelig ikke et 5 stjernet hotel. Dog var servicen virkelig god og medarbejderne i lobbyen var meget behjælpelige med diverse spørgsmål. Derudover kunne man se at der fornyeligt er blevet installeret en ny aircondition hvilket er et kæmpemplus. For os var hotellet 5/5 ift. pris

Grubby carpet, bathroom decaying, poor value.

Very helpful staff

Arrived in room with a horrid smell. No window coverings. Found smell to be wet carpet from an AC unit that ran like a tap. Receptionist found blinds.

Very basic hotel, needs severe renovation on the bathroom. Not worth the price per night. Not up to usual Ibis standard

Hotel need to change the name Ibis Roach Hotel Coffs Harbour. 5 star 🌟 for the roach infestation and the noise. Flicking roaches from our bed, finding roaches in the kettle and all over the room crawling is a terrible experience. Shame on you lastminute.com to sell this rooms and shame on Accor group.

It was handy to the highway and as clean and comfortable as any 3 star place.The checking lady was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and easy to serve one’s self.

Rooms why too small.

Reception staff were polite and efficient. The bathroom was in serious need of refurbishment/repair. There is no way the housekeeping staff can make this area look clean in the limited amount of time they are given to clean each room. The room felt crowded with two people in it. Bed was reasonably comfortable. TV and fridge worked.

The room we got was not what we saw on the website, the room was tiny, the bathroom had mould, the aircon was condensating all over the carpet which was very damp and smelly and what really got me was a note in the sheet of information which said “do not open the bathroom door as steam can set off the smoke alarm in the room and we would get charged $1700.00 if the Fire Brigade came! Here’s an idea, why don’t you fix the damned exhaust fan in the bathroom! Absolutely Disgusting!

Conveniently located to main arterial road and have good surrounding restaurants.

We read the reviews and decided not to stay. It sounds like the place needs to be razed to the ground.

Very expensive for the quality of the accommodation

I’m sorry but this is a rubicon bin, The whole property smells like rubbish bin, The toilet and bathroom don’t have enough spaces, There were no amenities inside bathrooms, not even a soap or shampoo, Inside rooms are of bugs and spiders, And everything are wet, even the blankets and pillows, We charged $375 for a rubbish bin, When we ask staff for soap, they replied that they have issues with supplies, and they don’t have soap or shampoo, Well, don’t sell room if you can’t supply basic things, Please don’t go here, sleep in the car and use public toilets is better than this rubbish

Not much the pictures did not match the room advertised online. Very Poorly maintained and limited facilities.
