Nice place but kitchen left a lot to be desired.

Fabulous choice for a stay in the area. Good value, clean & helpful available staff. Loved it.

Iron didn’t work room dusty dirty shower flooded all over bathroom floor as drain blocked so had to keep trying to get rid of the water to go to the toilet otherwise wet shoes feet

Unfortunately my recent visit at the Oros Hotel was ghastly to say the least. Upon checking in we were greeted by a lovely receptionists, however after entering our room we were greeted by a mucky and grubby room, which held traces of mould and smears over most surfaces. Yet, we decided to endure… until our door handle fell off. This was very unsafe. We inquired with the receptionist who connected us to the rude manager, who only claimed “it wasn’t unreasonable” for the door handle to come off. As a family of women we felt uncomfortable staying in the room, and were informed there were no other rooms available for us to transfer into. Therefore we tried to get refunded, but ultimately failed as the manager claimed it wasn’t an issue and the business would lose money as the room couldn’t be rebooked. Causing us to have to drive 4 hours home. The booking agent were great, and were more than happy to refund, the Oros manager however did not agree and as a result we received no compensation. I wish I had read past reviews before booking, and encourage future visitors to do the same.

Easy to find. And good car parking

The staff were so helpful. They even ran upstairs to ask If we would like an upgrade as we are incapacitated. Very helpful

Lovely place to stay while visiting son at uni, modern, very clean, great bathroom, total soundproof and light proof with windows shut which was fab for a sleep in. All amenities like mini fridge microwave etc. Close to chadstone shopping centre. King bed free wifi. Will definitely stay again.

Good spot - quiet despite being on a main road

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There is safe parking at the basement with a small fee. We got a room upgrade which was a bonus. Room was clean and modern but could do with more soft furnishings and/or wall art in the living area. Overall, stay was comfortable.

Bed's were extremely uncomfortable, TV wasn't working the first night and the fridge was broken and making odd loud sounds during the night. The hotel room itself was very average but ultimately it was the customer service that made this a bad stay. Extremely rude management who couldn't provide any assistance and was being aggressive in their approach to resolve the issue.

Excellent interiors. Great views. Stay made easy. Secure parking an extra bonus. Great staff.
