Wish the doors wouldn’t slam. When we load or pack up we keep the door open so it doesn’t keep slamming and to be considerate of next door or rooms above and below who might be sleeping in on their vacay. Not all the cleaners do this either so you can imagine. other than the doors the place is beautiful set. Everyone gets a balcony to the water. Their restaurant has a great menu. Staff are friendly and hospitable. Ample parking and gym on site. Swimming pool has not been fixed for eons but I think it’s partly business reasons. I come back again anyday as it’s better than other hotels in area. And quieter lol to hear the doors slam only. 😍

The restaurant on 1st level was fab. Staff were amazing. Had great chats. Ate well. Good paring choices. Chef even came out and sang a little with me. Haha. Was here a decade ago and found Powell river to be a surprising little gem!!

Property was average. Bedding was just a flat sheet and very thin polyester blanket.
Room was stiflingly hot despite trying to adjust the thermostat. Unfortunately we had to run the AC unit set to 64 F just to keep the temperature down; this made for a disruptive nights as the unit continually cycled on and off.
Upside was they did offer EV charging overnight for $10 which was convenient.

The staff at the front were very accommodating and compensated for the awful attacks by a hockey team staying there as well. One lady at the breakfast area wasn’t the nicest greeter until you showed her your pass. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

We love the views from the rooms at the Beach Gardens. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. Since we last stayed here they have added a continental breakfast which was a delightful surprise. The front desk staff and the breakfast attendant were friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

I enjoyed my top floor room's comfort and view. Ample space in the room and on the balcony. Very comfortable bed and sofa with built-in ottoman. Recently renovated. Shower was a bit hard to figure out.

Nice clean resort with great staff. Older building so yoiu can hear the folks in the adjoining room snoring, but thjats about the only downside. Great view, lovely breakfast area.

I loved my first stay at this property. The view is beautiful, there is complementary continental breakfast, a gym, and even a cold beer and wine store if you need it. And robes!
Easy parking, friendly staff, and a nearby beach which I sadly didn’t have time to enjoy.
I have already booked a return visit.
