Muito confortável. Era um quarto e sala com cozinha americana o que facilitou preparar algumas refeições em familia. O pessoal da recepção e da limpeza muito atencioso. Alem disso, possuia academia e lugar para lavar roupa. Excelente opcao para quem vai ficar por um prazo de mais de uma semana

The staff was wonderful. It is a great facility if you have any appointments or need to stay near St Paul's hospital. We did not use the garage but parking was available. Our only complaint was the time it took the hot water to get to the room, we were on the 25th floor, lots of hot when it got there, We would recommend the hotel.

La estancia en el Hotel fue Excelente, el personal fue más que atento, y siempre disponibles para lo que necesitamos. Muy buena comida en el restaurant, las remodelaciones a las habitaciones con suite, muy buenas! Mi felicitación a todo el personal que nos hicieron una muy buena estancia. Definitivamente regresaremos.

Das Hotel ist genial! Eine 1A Lage Mitte Downtown. Alles ist zwischen 5-15Min zu Fuss entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist extrem angenehm und lässt NICHTS zu wünschen übrig. Balkon und Aussicht ist top. Ein wirklich grosses Lob an das Service Team, welches den Zimmerservice betreibt. Es sind sehr geduldige, nette und tolle Personen die alles daran setzen dem Kunden einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bescheren!
Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Badwannendusche, da diese nicht sehr mobil/modern ist. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel wärmstens vorallem auch an junge Besucher empfehlen, wie auch einen Aufenthalt über Weihnachten / Neujahr (wie wir). Merci🇨🇭

Hotel location is convenient for accessing different parts of downtown Vancouver. Easy access to / from airport using the train. Staff were friendly. Rooms were a bit in the older side but still clean and comfortable.
