Ideally located property to “The Village” which was our destination. Very modern property with exceptional staff. Starbucks and IGA grocery attached to hotel, as well as, a food court was a HUGE bonus. Walkable to downtown and the Old City. Easy to catch Uber. Staff provided a cake and champagne for my husband’s birthday!!! Exceptional service!

Had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Downtown, we enjoyed the sauna post new years celebration and took advantage of the close shops accessible to the hotel (SAQ, IGA, drug store, subway, etc). Not many restaurants within 10-minute walking distance, but being on the transit line made that a non issue. If transit isn’t your thing, Ubers were reasonably priced to the neighbourhoods with better restaurant options or the in-out privileges with their underground parking allowed us to drive. Parking garage height is very low so be mindful of this!! Will definitely book here again!

Excellent service. Property was like new. We were lucky with an 18th story room facing downtown with all the buildings illuminated. Very large room with a verey comfortable bed. Staff was very courteous.

The neighbouring area is tough with homelessness, litter excrement visible everywhere. The outdoor lot my car was parked had the next Mercedes back window smashed into and feared for my vehicle all night.

Arrived having a moldy cheesecake and wine intended for a prior guest in our hotel room. Took staff some time to respond to some phone calls placed with the front desk as to whenever we were in the correct room or not.
Liked the doors that prevent the cold from entering the lobby.
Didn’t use pool or any amenities. Breakfast requires payment. Truck didn’t fit in garage but alternative offered was reasonable. The hotel was clean, requests for towels and for room cleaning were noted by front desk but did not get done.
