Didn’t let me extend my stay. I Was staying at the motel for about 2 weeks without any problems until last few days staff said we got noise complaints but we were always quiet and they also said they have a problem with random visitors so they wouldn’t let me pay to extend my stay. it was jus family visiting and a couple friends. They always visited n left our room before 9:00pm. They weren’t random people. Me and my girlfriend were respectful All the time and didn’t cause problems. Ain’t coming back to motel 6 again. 👎

i dint like because the reception told me i have to pay 150 extra like a deposit, that will be retoutned when i make my ck out so far i dint have my money retorned.

Basic

Police were at the hotel both days we stayed. First day a crackhead was running around and visiting someone and second night a domestic fight lasted all night. Numerous guests complained and they finally called the police. Bed was horribly sagged out and room was in very rough shape.

The room was in need of maintenance (holes in wall, old damaged tables and appliances), but was incredibly clean!! We unfortunately came during a kids hockey tournament and had children of all ages screaming, playing hockey and running down the hallway until 10pm, then the parents all hunkered down right by our room yelling and drinking until 2am, blocking the elevators (no stairs in this motel). You could hear it all at the front desk (a floor down from where it was) but no one did anything or spoke to the group of people, as they mentioned one of the men in the group worked at the motel. We never bothered to call down to the front desk as one of the people in the group allegedly worked there and the man at the desk looked scared to talk to us at all and kept hiding around the corner whenever we entered/exited. The stay was fine, room was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable and it’s in a great spot. We will make sure to check what’s happening in the area before booking next time!!

There is a security issue with this hotel. The back entrance is not locked with key card access only. There were people roaming around the hotel that should not have been there. I felt vulnerable during my stay. It was reported to the front desk and i was assured it would be looked after but was also told that people some in the back door. This needs to be rectified immediately!

Everything suitable. Only minor fault is the elevator is temporarily out of service. Also the table lamps only have 1 bulb in each leaving an exposed socket in each lamp.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are worn, but comfortable. The carpet and sink show a lot of age (warn spots and stains). There is no closet so you can not hang your cloths or coat, however a chair is provided so I used that to drape my coat over the back.

Our room was on the 4th flr. We didn’t have a/c. We had a heater stuck in the corner for heat. We didn’t have any wifi hookup and no remote for the tv. They did supply once I complained. I turned the blankets over, and found something disgusting between the mattresses. Shown in the photos. No idea what it was, and how did housekeeping not see this (probably because the sheets were not changed). So I call the desk, they came to check it out and offered us another room on the same floor. So we moved, because I was not going to stay in that room. We moved and soon found out the elevator did not work on the 4th floor. We had to call the desk to send the elevator up. Had to walk down 4 floors to use the vending machine, only to find out it did not work. We had $25. taken off our bill, but I will never go back to a Motel 6. When you’re travelling, you just want to be able to relax, be comfortable and not have to put up with all this. I typically never complain, but I really had no choice.
