The room was very noisy and outdated, the bed was uncomfortable and the shower was full of mold.

Water dripping from the bathroom ceiling, but we got a new room quickly.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and made us feel very comfortable. It was a pleasure staying at the Unilofts Grand-Allee.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hygiene standards are clearly lacking: • The ceiling in my room had dirty and neglected fixtures. • The bathroom was in terrible condition, with a stained faucet and visible mold on the walls and tile grout. • The overall level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for an establishment claiming to host guests. I absolutely do not recommend this place and suggest the management seriously reevaluate their cleaning standards. For the price paid, I expected much better. An experience to avoid.

L’hôtel est propre et très bien qualité / prix toutefois il est très difficile de trouver un stationnement lorsque vous arrivez à l’hôtel. En effet, l’hébergement a un stationnement privé payant, mais il est toujours plein et les autres options autour sont plus cher. Sinon pour le prix de l’hôtel c’est très bien.

Sale, puces et j’ai contacté expedia pour un remboursement car j’ai envoyé ma fille là et elle a dû dormir là quand meme car la voiture était stationnée loin et il était tard le soir et rien de disponible à proximité. Aucun retour d’Expedia.

Nous avons pogné une chambre au premier étage . Près des escaliers. Nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois par des gens qui criaient. Le chauffage était au maximum et il ferait froid dans la chambre . Photo sur le site non représentative de l’état des lieux. Hôtel très vieux . J’ai retrouvé un bas dans la chambre d’une personne qui était là avant nous. Aucune accès pour les personnes à mobilités réduites . Stationnement non assurer , car il y a peu de place de stationnement.

moist in shower, heating did not work room was 15 degrees at our arrival . Staff gave us a heater. ice bucket was full of garbage, plugs did not work. room was dirty

we were well received , and also at the check out , we found the room ok , beds are very clean , tv way to small bathroom could have been a bit more cleaned

Décevant de voir comment cet hôtel s’est détérioré depuis quelques années. Il demeure que le positionnement de l’hôtel par rapport au vieux Québec et ses attraits est une force.

The personnel was great, check-in was simple. The hotel is in an old building, and the rooms are dating, looks like it has been repurposed. The rooms are large. On the downside, the cozy was dark on the border and did not feel clean, but the rest of the bedding was clean. The place is generally clean. The cleaning lady did not respect the do-not-disturb sign and cleaned the room anyway. The neighbourhood is filled with nightclubs, and the hotel was noisy all night with people coming back drunk from a party as if it was 2 p.m., yet It was going over from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. from people of about 5 rooms pursuing the party in the corridors and then in their rooms. Also, in the next-door building a party with heavy music from 10 p.m. until 4 a.m. Really, do I have to say we had no sleep all night? It is a shame since the area is quite upscale.

Property is becoming a bit ‘worn out’, but still a reasonable place to stay and convenient.
