Arrived at the hotel and we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a family duplex suit which was very kind. The room looked clean and welcoming, we were told that the sofa would be turned in to a bed for the children whilst we were out at the theatre which was no problem at all. Upon leaving the room we noticed a pair of knickers under a television stand - disgusting really as the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We let reception know, the guy was very apologetic and advised it would be sorted asap. We came back from the theatre late, the children’s bed had been made and an apology given with the offer of breakfast. The room hadn’t been cleaned despite a note saying it had - there were still dirty glasses, tea spoons etc. but the knickers had gone!! In the morning we packed to leave. Whilst packing it was then we noticed my daughters purse had gone. We’d come to London for my birthday and for her to spend her birthday money and someone had taken it from the room. A pink smiggle purse - there’s no mistaking it was a child’s purse. We should absolutly have put it in the safe but stupidly during the push to leave we forgot. Do not go to this hotel - they have a clear issue with cleanliness and theft! I’ll be escalating this with more facts for the hotels mangagers but I will absolutly have for this happen to anyone else. A fantastic birthday trip ruined by one person. We turned the rook upside down looking, offered to look with staff have them check our bags etc.

We had a lovely stay and the food was amazing! We ate in the domes in the evening and the atmosphere and food were perfect. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. I did feel they were a little disorganised, i emailed previously to request early check in and although this was not promised they said they would do everything in their power to accommodate and that this request would be noted. We arrived at 1.30 (check in at 3) the room wasnt ready which was fine. Was told that we should come back at 2 as it should be ready by then… well we were still waiting at 3:15pm so ended up being late check in. Although one Staff member apologised, i felt it was half hearted. It was a little frustrating as we had things booked from 4:30 so had very little time to relax. Also when we stored our bag in the lobby, we requested it back and a guy went off to get it, returned gave the ticket to a colleague and she put it down, not knowing we were stood there waiting for our bag. Communication was poor. Breakfast again was beautiful, tasty, hot and lots of option. Overall a really lovely stay but think the communication between staff could be improved to make things run a little smoother

The location and price for this hotel was great. You have a tube stop right across the street, Hyde park, two museums and great shopping all within walking distance. The road noise can be a little loud sometimes, so if you can get a room on a higher floor you might be better off. We also ate dinner 1 night at the Secret Garden restaurant in a dome. That was pretty cool and the food was pretty good. Fun experience

Good hotel in London. Rooms not too big, beds a little small (140cm), but very near to Gloucester station which will take you direct to the airport and the most interesting places in London. There is a supermarket nearby.

Soggiorno perfetto in famiglia. Colazione ottima.

It has en excellent location as well as it’s cleanliness. Would stay there again.

This is a good hotel with courteous staff who do their job as best as possible. I even saw them endure the arrogance of rude customers with kindness and professionalism. The room was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The breakfast is good and varied. The restaurant is also good; we just had to wait a bit longer than usual to receive our dishes, even though the restaurant was almost empty. All in all, a good stay. I would return tomorrow.

A bit of a pain checking in but sorted in the end. They said I had booked with Expedia and didn’t have the right credit card.

Amazing service, we were upgraded for my daughter’s 18th birthday to an apartment which made wonderful memories and gave us an unforgettable trip!

Everything was ‘ok’, location was great, right next to the tube station. Breakfast wasn’t up to the usual Hilton standard though, definitely room for improvement there.

Superbe expérience ! Nous étions une famille de 4 avec deux enfants de 6 et 9ans. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable avec une belle salle de bain. Pas mal de petites attentions : cookies à notre arrivée, bonbons pour le jour d’Halloween. Personnel très souriant et sympathique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bien et copieux. Les enfants ont adoré aussi !

Property was really just mediocre at best especially considering the high price of rooms there. Pretty shabby condition overall with rooms needing an update and deep cleaning. The first night the remote on one tv didn’t work. It took a couple of hours before that was taken care of. Then the tv upstairs died. It took another few hours of wasted time and many visits from maintenance to get this handled. Overall was unimpressed with the room and the service in trying to get the tvs working. My wasted hours of frustration were glossed over by management by offering a free, and also mediocre, breakfast. You can find better places to stay near here for less money and with better service. Trust me, you’ll be happy you stayed elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were very attentive and I could see they were all working incredibly hard to make the service efficient. The hotel was very busy during our stay and breakfast particularly was quite chaotic. There were a lot of chairs and tables squeezed into a small area and it was hard for the staff to keep on top of topping up the buffet, ensuring the coffee machines were not running out of coffee and that plates and cutlery etc were replenished. It was not surprising that at times the buffet was not fully replenished...the staff did an excellent job under the circumstances. We did also have a very noisy neighbour who returned on all three nights of our stay at 3am with a loud voice! On the night that we reported the noise to staff they responded without hesitation and the neighbour was quiet afterwards. I would say the walls were quite thin which meant noise travelled easily, but the staff were responsive to our needs. All staff were also incredibly friendly and cheerful, always welcoming us on arrival to the reception area. The hotel was very close to Gloucester Road underground which made it an excellent location for exploring London for 3 nights.
