Perfect for a night stay with the family. Pool was a bonus with the kids. Room, bar area and facilities were clean. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Was a great hotel. Very clean and newly refurbished. Great to have the pool. Only deducted a star for condition as the pool was a bit shabby but the rest of the place is tip top

I really enjoyed my stay. Special mention to George who dealt with my dinner request, excellent customer service and conversation.

The room was really nice, clean, and well-renovated. The room was warm and comfortable. Everything was great. Tried some food from the bar - leak and potato soup and loaded nachos. Soup was ok but nachos weren’t very nice. Overall, good stay for a few nights.

Fab hotel love the bar and dining breakfast and fab you got use of pool sauna steam and jacuzzi..

Check in was late at 2pm, and hotel wanted £30 for earlier check in which is extortion, so this caused inconvenience as we were attending a wedding locally. Breakfast was £16.50 and self service, which again we didnt bother due to price. All in all hotels now generallly are overcharging at any opportunity, and if customers continue to accept these unjustified charges it will continue. Room was small and bit rundown, not great stay at all, go elswhere if you can.

Beautiful hotel way better than expected and facilities were ecen better super clean everywhere and requests handled quickly

We stayed two nights and had no hot water for the whole stay despite reporting this on first night. We were told to run the taps for fifteen to twenty minutes. Still no luck and what a waste of water! So much for their claims of being environmentally friendly! Manager offered to refund half of one night only. Pathetic offer. When you book a room, hot water for showering or bathing or for just washing hands is surely a basic requirement. Hotel badly in need of updating outside and in corridors and car park is atrocious with little or no lighting in places and very many potholes.

The hotel location is good and it's quiet

Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. My room was in what felt like a Dungeon it was almost burried in the ground. Don’t stay here.

Hotels been nicely refurbed since my previous visit. All facilities good, welcoming staff. Dinner set menu great value .

Low expectations when driving into the hotel as the carpark surface was full of potholes and the exterior of the hotel was very tatty, tired and in need of repair. Pleasantly surprised when entering reception. The hotel has been updated and is modern and clean. Rooms have also been refurbished and are up to date.

Clean amd tidy, staff were professional.

Great convenient location. Clean and well equipped room. Good leisure facilities. Organisation could be improved - asked for a cot to be provided at booking, again prior to arrival, and on arrival and assured it would be in room. Not present and had to wait for staff to find it. Watch out for large pot holes in the car park!

We were in the basement, seemed like maintenance work was being done and lots of noise and banging all through the night

Excellent few days away in the area. Comfortable quiet hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff throughout. Excellent breakfast and dinner choices too Would definitely return it in the area

It's about 9 years since we last stayed at this hotel and I am glad we made a return. The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The air con was not working in the building and a fan was provided for the room. The hotel was quite and there was plewnty of parking. Plenty of breakfast options and an amazing shower in the bathroom. Food was also delicious. There were some downsides. We felt the evening menu was a little limited in the restaurant, the quality of food was superb though and the serving staff brought everything with a smile. I couldn't pick anyone person as sthey all srood out. The car park has pot holes, etc. Which is a real shame and it would be good to get the pot holes filled in. There was no hook in the bathroom, one of the clasps on the windows was damaged and the air con was not working (as previously mentioned) thankfully it was not too hot. The room was lovely, although it was disappointing that with 2 of us in the room there was only 1 chair. There was sufficient room for a second chair and possibly even a table. Wardrobe was good although very few hangers in it, also the shelves in it would have been better on the wall under the TV. The safe was an excellent idea for storing valuable and proved useful. the room was a good sizr.

Nice and calm hotel. Not much to do directly Herr, it's about 20minutes walk into Bromsgrove Center. We came here for a wedding, so it die not matter. Friendly staff, nice bar and restaurant, good breakfast which could have a little more options for foreign guests. The bed was a little too soft and small for our taste. Air condition did not work, however, they supplied a fan which did a good job
