We were impressed with the staff and service. However, the walls seemed paper thin as we could hear the coversations of the people next door. The toilet flushing was extreemly loud and the lighting was terrible, particularly if we needed to get up in the middle of the night, as it was pitch black - we had to leave the bathroom light on all night with the door slightly ajar. Very disappointing.

It was an overnight stay, it was comfortable and the staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was also good.

Comfortable stay as always with this chain. Travelled with partner and our dog who was, and is always made to feel welcome with this chain of hotels.
Some of the breakfast options a little dry and over cooked and some of the space could do with a deep clean other than that no concerns and would 100%stay again and recommend to others

The whole hotel was spotlessly, clean as far as I could see. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms were comfortable and of the standard I expect from a reasonably priced establishment. The only minor fault was the bar area, which was quite chilly.

Nice clean hotel with attentive friendly staff. Only downside was when I went for food on the evening. The one member of staff was that busy doing the bar and kitchen that I ended up going elsewhere for food.

Very basic holiday inn. Poor girl in reception was working hard between the bar, reception desk and reissuing room keys upstairs- clearly understaffed.

Reception staff were great but the room wasn’t the best. Lots of light coming from around and under the door so I had to block it up with towels, breakfast was warm not hot and had to ask for forks and then spoons so not the best stay.
