Room was very spacious - three in the room and plenty of space for all of our suitcases. Room was right at Canary Wharf underground station so it was very easy to get around town.

This hotel is very clean and the location is superb. It is right by several train lines, and the restaurants around the area are also good.

Great location a couple of minutes walk from Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line station. Very good breakfast with a dedicated omelette chef! Pity that two lifts were out of action, otherwise would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel great, staff are friendly and location perfect for going to events at the O2. However we had an issue with the toilet not flushing and were short of a towel which we reported to reception. The receptionist assured us they would send another towel and fix the toilet whilst we were out, however this never happened. Ver disappointing as we then couldn’t use the toilet morning, not good!

We are very satisfied with the hotel. We stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was good to sleep on, pillows, blankets and bed linen were of high quality.
The breakfast was very rich and varied.
You can get to the heart of London by tube, the station is right next door.
Direct connection from Heathrow Airport to Canary Wharf.
The shopping and restaurant/cafes were excellent.
The restaurants in the hotel were also top notch.
The staff was great!

Check in was unfortunately extremely slow but the concierge was very helpful and kept us up to date.
The room was spacious enough but the tv didn’t work and the shower pressure was non existent, so much so that you had to pretty much stand at the top by the taps and the water therefore just ran out onto the bath edge and floor.

First time staying in Canary Wharf and it's a really nice area. There's a ton of shopping and restaurants even though this is a finance district. The area is cleaner and feels safer than other areas of London. Lots of police and security around. Transport around London using the tubes is excellent and Canary Wharf was no different. The hotel itself is very clean with all the facilities you would expect. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to London.

Only disappointment was that the room wasn't ready.
But the breakfast more than made up for it.
Probably not everyones first choice for a tourist location. But well worth considering, as isn't as busy as the west end. But with the underground you can be right in the think of it within me minutes.

The food needs improvement. The breakfast is buffet style, but given that the location is by the water, the inside restaurant gets cold quicker—-bottom line my eggs are cold by time I sit. The scrambled eggs—-nasty!! They need to cook it more so it dries out, verses being mush. No real selection on the TV! But its England—-other from that it was ok, but needs some improvements.

At this one we took a more expensive room, which was located next to the DLR tracks - also the staff just doesn’t seem to care at all anymore.
