A little further out of the city, but easy to get to and from with Uber. Electronic check in, but assistance on hand if required. Clean and functional rooms.

Loved the rooms, though the shower fitting was a bit loose and the rainfall shower went over the top of the shower cubicle making the floor wet. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but that's my preference for a soft mattress. But it was very clean and a sociable hub of activities - just a shame it's in the middle of nowhere we had to get cabs everywhere

I really enjoyed the village atmosphere, loved the bar where staff were super friendly and helpful. I didn't like the discrepancy when i ordered a second glass of wine. It was embarrassing.

Awful stay, the actual room was decent for what was needed, some where to sleep and shower. But the quality of sleep was awful, not a ‘silent night’ as adversities on the hotels website!
Throughout the night we could hear other guests coughing and flushing the toilet, several times, people in the car park beeping their horns at 2am and to top it off the gym blasting out music before 7am (which is illegal)! We were on the 4th floor and the gym is on the 1st floor, we should not be able to hear the music or feel the vibrations of the the music or weights being dropped! It was awful, I complained to the manager who’s response was ‘well I can’t move the gym’ and that he wasn’t aware that music was not allowed to be played that loud until after 8am! Shocking stay and shocking customer service, I would not recommend.

We had a club room which we have had a few times but this place they are ver small rooms no where to store your clothes. We had breakfast which was only average i have had much better and this was only warm .

The music from the gym below was unbelievably loud. the gym is suppose to shut @ 10pm but weights continued to be dropped until 1am!

I am a regular here and the staff are always lovely and willing to help.
Only thing that lets it down it the lack of healthy options in the restaurant. Great if you want burgers and fried foods but would be nice to see some basic options or healthy switch-outs, like jacket or boiled potatoes instead of chips with everything.
Even the protien bowls are boring and packed full of calories. Same goes for breakfast, fatty bacon dripping in grease and soggy scrambled eggs.

Stayed in a very dusty room (literal visable layers of it) and it was quite small. Additionally one of the spoons in the coffee mugs was used before I'd entered the room and wasnt changed once out of the 4 days I stayed there. I could also hear the music from the gym playing loudly from my room on the third floor.
