O quarto era limpo e confortável. Hotel com estacionamento. Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel porque era caro mas parecia ser muito bom.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit. Très bon accueil . Chambre propre et agréable mais pas forcément au niveau d'une chambre dite supérieure. Bon rapport qualité/prix néanmoins.

Hôtel de passage très calme et fonctionnel, le petit déjeuner mériterait quelques améliorations sur la qualité du jambon, des saucisses et de l’omelette très cuite. L’équipe est néanmoins sympathique et à l’écoute quant aux pistes d’amélioration.

The hotel is nice, clean and very good condition for a 3 star hotel, though we had to evacuate at 5 am due to a false fire alarm. I wish that they would have a mini fridge in the room.

After spending six hours travelling we arrived at 1.30pm and were promptly told no check till 2. That was fine we would sit and have a coffee and wait. About 2.10 we went back to reception and told to wait. She said our room was ready but she was going to check. Five minute late she come back and say no sorry room isnt ready we will have to wait some more. So had another coffee that they charged us for and should have been free as we were waiting. Eventually after about 2.30 we got in the room. We paid for two double beds and the second bed is a sofa bed. Thankfully it was comfortable. There is no kettle in the room but a sign hidden by the window saying they are trying to be eco so removed all facilities. Seems to be more of a money saving thing. It’s says if you want hot drinks you can go to reception for free. You are then told only one free drink per day. The building is NOT art deco by any means it’s in an industrial estate and built within the last 30 years. It just has black window frames. The tv has no English channels and what is shown breaks up quite a lot. No food apart from a microwave pizza which was cold in the middle. Nice bathroom with separate toilet. Carpet was filthy with huge stains and bleach marks. Only one member of staff was remotely friendly or helpful. Well to us anyway. She seem to smile very much to the gentlemen she served before us who was also French. Would we stay here again no way. Cleaner just emptied bin and folded towel in room no beds

Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel il y avait la réceptionniste qui était très aimable cinq minutes. Après je n’avais pas de chaîne sur la télé. Je suis redescendu elle m’a dit au départ qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire et qu’elle pouvait pas joindre la directrice. Je lui ai demandé de l’appeler Puis au bout de 30 minutes, elle était seule pour tenir un hôtel. Si important !!! elle est venue dans ma chambre. Pour essayer de paramétrer les chaînes elle n’a pas réussi je trouve laborieux que la directrice ne s’est pas déplacé, cette jeune femme,et aller dans une chambre avec un client et personne à la réception Elle a fait le maximum, je trouve ça laborieux pour cet hôtel que personne s’est déplacé et être seule avec un Hotel de plus de 50 Chambre

The Saturday evening or week end menu was only Pizza nothing else to eat!!!!!.Breakfast superb menu.

Séjour à Laval en famille, très bon accueil, personnel souriant et à l’écoute, Nous avons pu télétravailler dans les espaces communs dans d’excellentes conditions. Hôtel au calme, pas de problème de parking et facile d’accès. Nous sommes prêts pour un autre séjour.

Hôtel récent de bon standing (matériaux qualitatifs, bonne literie,...), calme.
